今回の展示は、2012年の早々に出展のお話をいただいてから数ヶ月、友人・麻生孝一郎*と湯沢市まるごと売る課と三つ巴となり、JETRO秋田の力添えにより取り組んできたプロジェクトでありました。国内の展示会ですら経験のない僕にとっては、はじめての連続で、たくさんのご支援の中で実現することができました。

Exhibition of FOOD TAIPEI obtained the opportunity of the exhibition to the beginning of 2012. It has advanced together with a friend’s Coichiro Aso* for several months. I had cooperation of JETRO Akita considered there as the sales section of Yuzawa. I have not sent to a domestic show for display. Therefore, I am only the first experience and was able to be realized in much support.


Although I was the amateur’s exhibition persons, I advanced the most by myself. And it aimed at completing a quality thing for this experience as one package model. Foreign operations resemble the uncertain trip. In the scarce small and medium-sized enterprises of funds, they thought it important how the opportunity of a few voyages would be harnessed.



We consider the model of the always new future. Booth preparation is thrown away using most companies. We spend time on WEB which it can try to repeat, and it made it there be nothing that is thrown away. Moreover, encounter doubled by displaying with a friend with a common view. It can show a new movement as a synergistic effect. In the conventional model, I think that a loss is too large including cost effectiveness. Therefore, the show cannot necessarily say it as an effective method for small and medium-sized enterprises. The “wisdom” 、 compensated with funds has recognized me to be required.







We who made a voyage together were surprised at the situation which progresses one after another. And we were made to have a new appreciation of the importance of preparation. As it was also in the last report*, in my case, the pamphlet was renewed and it enriched the Japanese-English notation, the line sheet, the questionnaire, the business talk note, and the “advertisement of paper” altogether. Moreover, the special site* for events was built by cooperation of Coichiro. It became a presentation of low cost and was taken as the mechanism which connects the visitor of a spot.



And a strange fortune continues. We were able to meet once again the master chief of the Japan Airlines hotel which met in the Taiwan voyage in December, last year. He is pleased with the taste of my product from that time. Even if there are needs those days, there is no agency, and I was looking for the method of exporting anyhow. By meeting a master chief again, our product changed to high-class kaiseki cuisine.



And I am indebted to many directions above all there. Those who play an active part overseas are forcible, and receive us as a senior kindly. Overseas, you have to overcome many barriers which prediction does not attach. They give me the opportunity of an improvement. “Only by export being completed, it is a start point still more.” I would like to try hard for one further step, while valuing one step toward which it stepped.
