ONBEAT_麹菌を使用したヤマモの発酵絵画がヤマサコレクションで展示

秋田県で幕末江戸末期の慶応3年から150年以上続く味噌・醬油の醸造元、ヤマモ味噌醬油醸造元/高茂合名会社。同社は伝統を継承しながらも国内外に醸造業の魅力を伝え、誘客を図るべく、さまざまな活動を行っている。最近では醸造蔵と庭園の改装を行い、地方の地域固有の文化体験が可能なツアーを提供するとともに、アーティスト・滝澤徹也が、ヤマモの種麹や、皆瀬川ですいた和紙を素材とした作品などを現地で制作し、同ギャラリーに展示している。
そんな滝澤徹也の作品が鑑賞できる「凹凸に降る -ミュゼ浜口陽三・ヤマサコレクション 2019年冬の企画展-」が、日本橋・ミュゼ浜口陽三・ヤマサコレクションで開催中だ。「いちばんたいせつなことは、目に見えない」とは小説『星の王子様』の一節だが、本展では、はっきりと形をとらない大切なものを、てのひらにさぐり、凹凸のあわいを模索する三人の現代作家を紹介。スクリーンプリントを刷り重ね、観念的な立体版画を作り上げる小野耕石、蜘蛛の巣や北欧の岩石を刷りとり、時や歴史を象る滝澤徹也、石膏を型に、樹脂を流し込み、心の結晶を幻影として見せる中谷ミチコ。浜口のやわらかな銅版画と共に、とらえられないものを求めて、その触感を実在化するように表現へ深くもぐりこむ、現代の静かな心の象形を鑑賞するには絶好の機会だ。

ONBEAT_Yamamo’s fermented paintings using Aspergillus are exhibited at Yamasa Collection

初夏のころ、中小企業団体中央会主催の全国講習会での登壇機会をいただきました。「蔵元の営みと連続する創造性」のタイトルでヤマモの歩みと七代目・高橋が発酵を広義で「生態系との共存」と捉え、家業を継いでからの取り組みをご紹介しました。
多くの情報や学びの機会がある現代では、登壇者が一方向から話をするだけではなく、会場とインタラクティブな関係を持ちながら進める方法を予てから試してみたいと考えておりました。担当の方にご提案し、七代目の高橋以外にも若手の澤口やインターンの服部も登壇し、それぞれの立場からのプレゼンや仕事の内容を話すことにしました。また、会場とはWEBを通じて随時質問を受け付け、その都度回答をするという手法を用いました。講演での質問を以下に記述したいと思います。質問は時間内に途絶えることなくいただくこととなり、会場と一体感が生まれたような気がしました。このような登壇の機会をいただき、関係者の方々には非常に感謝しております。

 

Report That 2019 National Association for Youth Club Has Ended

In the early summer, I had the opportunity to attend a national seminar organized by the SME Central Association. Under the title of “Kuramoto’s work and continuous creativity”, Yamaga’s history and the seventh generation, Takahashi introduced fermentation in a broad sense as “coexistence with ecosystems”, and introduced the efforts since succeeding the family business.
In the present age when there is a lot of information and learning opportunities, we wanted to try not only to talk from one direction, but also to try to advance the method while having an interactive relationship with the venue. Proposal was made to the person in charge, and in addition to Takahashi of the seventh generation, young Sawaguchi and intern Hattori also entered the stage, and decided to talk about the presentation and work contents from each position. In addition, the venue used a method of accepting questions from time to time via the web and answering each time. I would like to describe the questions in the lecture below. The questions were answered without interruption in time, and I felt that I had a sense of unity with the venue. I am very grateful to the people concerned for giving me this opportunity.

I was invited to an exhibition at Nihonbashi and took a special photo. The act of finding a figure in something that does not have its original shape, as described in the explanatory text as “the image of a quiet heart in the present,” is an important part of our exhibition and is a place where we empathize a lot. . Visualizing the history of bacteria and the land that settles in Kuramoto and conveying it to the present day is an extremely important act in considering the sustainability of the city.

○About “Musée Hamaguchi Yozo: Yamasa Collection”

浜口陽三は創業360年、歴史あるヤマサ醤油第10代目社長濱口儀兵衛の三男として生まれました。父儀兵衛は南画収集家で、自らも南画を学んだ人でした。さかのぼれば、5代目濱口灌圃は江戸後期に活躍した南画家で、濱口家は芸術に秀でた人物を多く輩出した家柄でもあります。
浜口陽三は、カラーメゾチントという独特の銅版画技法を開拓、その卓越した技術が創り出す、静謐な世界は多くのファンを魅了しています。1996年にパリ、サンフランシスコでの永い海外生活を終え帰国。本人の賛意もあり、持ち帰った多くの作品を展示する美術館を開設いたしました。現在では、銅版画の魅力を紹介する企画展、イベント、版画教室なども開催しております。

○About “Musée Hamaguchi Yozo: Yamasa Collection”

Yozo Hamaguchi was born in 360 years as the third son of Yoshibei Higuchi, the 10th president of the historic Yamasa Soy Sauce. Father Geibe was a Nanga collector and himself was a person who studied Nanga. Going back, the 5th generation Hamaguchi Iraku is a southern painter who was active in the late Edo period, and the Hamaguchi family is also a family that produced many people who excel in art.
Yozo Hamaguchi has pioneered a unique copperplate printing technique called color mezzotint, and the quiet world created by its outstanding technology attracts many fans. In 1996, returned to Japan after a long overseas life in Paris and San Francisco. With the praise of the person himself, we opened an art museum to display many of the works we brought home. Currently, we hold special exhibitions, events and print classes that introduce the charm of copperplate prints.

○About “Musée Hamaguchi Yozo: Yamasa Collection”

新虎ノ門駅の高層ビル群の中、ゲリラ的に出現した「新虎ヴィレッジ」でのトークイヴェント会場は、開放的で革新的な空気に包まれていました。若者やクリエイティヴな人が訪れ、再開発エリアで仕掛ける動きが人の流れを生み出すことを実感しました。アムステルダムの都市開発者Eva de Klerkとフォルクスワーゲンの生み出す企画と空間での開催は、非常に嬉しく有難いものでした。また、このような環境でNew Trad #Japanの立ち上げに参加できたことも幸運なことと思いました。

 

Report That New Trad #Japan Kick Off Event Has Ended

The talk event venue at Shintora Village, which appeared like a guerrilla among the high-rise buildings at Shintoranomon Station, was enveloped in an open and innovative atmosphere. Young people and creative people visited, and I realized that the movements in the redevelopment area create a flow of people. The project and space produced by Amsterdam city developer Eva de Klerk and Volkswagen was very happy and appreciated. I was also lucky to participate in the launch of New Trad #Japan in such an environment.

新虎村的談話活動場地像游擊隊一樣出現在新虎之門站的高層建築中，被籠罩在開放和創新的氛圍中。 年輕人和有創造力的人參觀並意識到，重建區的運動創造了人流。 阿姆斯特丹城市開發商Eva de Klerk和大眾汽車公司製作的項目和空間非常令人高興和讚賞。 在這種環境下，我也很幸運地參加了“新傳統＃日本”的發布會。

 

 

 

 

 

 

最初に本村さんからNew Trad #Japanの説明があり、メーカーである七代目の高橋と売り場をプロデュース、キュレーションする片桐さんの紹介からスタ－トしました。本村さんからの共通の問いをメーカーと売り場の立場から回答し、立場の違いや感覚を同じくするところを対比しながら話を進めていきました。空港という特殊な場所の消費行動を見極め、ローカルの商品を現場に最適化させてプロデュースする片桐さんの仕事に驚きました。高橋からは、製品の質感から思想に向かうものづくりと社会思想から製品の質感に向かうものづくりの在り方の違いについてお話をさせていただきました。片桐さんには以前、弊社にお越しいただいた経緯があり、今回のイヴェントを通じて改めて同じ意思を確認できました。

I was surprised at Mr. Katagiri’s work to identify the consumption behavior of a special place at the airport and produce local products optimized for the site. I talked about the difference between the way of manufacturing that goes from the texture of a product to the idea and the way of manufacturing that goes from a social thought to the quality of a product. Mr. Katagiri had a history of coming to our company before, and through this event we were able to confirm the same intention again.

最後にNew Trad #Japanの具体的な説明がなされました。世界展開をするにあたり、日本メーカーの製品ブラッシュアップとブランディング、展開の戦略構築をする必要があります。候補となるメーカーの選定を数ヶ月で行い、複数社選定の上で総合的なブラッシュアップをします。その後、日本通運のバックアップによりアメリカを中心に展開をしていきます。展示会出展というよりも直接インフルエンサーの方々を巡るかたちでの展開は本気度が高く、世界展開に向け、先行してアメリカでの取引を成功させようとするものです。弊社もこのプロジェクトに参画し、よりよいブランド構築を目指したいと思います。お越しいただいた皆様、関係者の方々、ありがとうございました。
