つなぐ、命。
僕のところまで、
ふわりふわりと、
綿毛がやってきた。
差し込む日差しに透けて、
白く輝いて見える。
このようにして
自分たちを伝え残していく様が、
儚くも、羨ましく見えた。

Succeeded life
Down came to me.
It is transparent, shines to the inserted sunlight in white, and is seen.
I thought the tradition was told and left again.

春の宵。
グラデーションの空。
日没前に点く、裸電球。
桜の間から、漏れる夕日。
そのすべてが艶っぽい。



The season of the cherry tree
An evening of the spring
The sky of the gradation.
The naked bulb which is lighted before sunset.
The setting sun to leak out from the interval of the cherry tree to.
The all is sexy.

バケツの春。
豪雪で折れた杏の枝を
バケツの水につけておいた。
しばらく放っておくと、
たくさんつぼみを付けていた。
小さなバケツの中にも
春はもう来ていた。
Branch of apricot
“Spring” in bucket
The branch of the apricot that broke because of the heavy snow was put in the water of the bucket.
A lot of buds put it on the branch though it left for a while.
It had already come to a small bucket in spring.

ささやかな、幸せ。
人から人への贈り物に
私たちの作品が使われることは、
つくり手にとって、本当に本当に嬉しい。
卒業、送別会の贈り物に
ヤマモの味噌を選んでもらった。
そんな、大切なときだから
人から人へ手渡したときにも、
その心遣いが見えて欲しい。
包装の真っ白さや、やわらかな手触りが、
もらった瞬間の、人の心に溶け込んで欲しい。
雪国のあたたかさが伝わって欲しい。
ヤマモの商品が、
ささやかな幸せになれたらいいと思う。

The season of encounter and separation
A little happiness
We are really glad that our work is used for a present.
YAMAMO’s Miso were chosen as a gift of the graduation.
When the gift was given, I want them to be most glad.
I want you to know the atmosphere of the snowy district by snow whiteness of the packing and the soft feel.
I hope that people become a little happiness with the goods of YAMAMO.

目標と自覚。
平成二十年、元旦。
キーンと張り詰めた寒さの中、
家族揃っての初詣。
毎年毎年、欠かすことなく
八幡神社、水神様、鹿島様とを
順に参拝する。
恒例の行事ではありながら、
回を重ねるごとに想いは募る。
「護ることと、日々の進化。」
一見矛盾して見えるこの言葉を
七代目としての自覚と共に想った。

New Year’s visit to a shrine
Target and consciousness
2008 and New Year’s Day.
We went to visit a shrine on New Year’s Day.
We sequentially visit the Hachiman Shinto shrine, the god of water, and Kashima without allowing it to lack every year of every year.
The New Year’s visit to a shrine is a customary event. Whenever times are piled up, my desire is raised.
“The family business is succeeded to, and evolve every day. ”
I assumed my this year’s target and consciousness at the seventh generation this word.
