平成２４年度、お盆休みのお知らせ
平成２４年度のヤマモのお盆休みは、１２日（日）から１７日（金）までとなっております。１１日（土）まで営業します。
休業中でも、電話でのお問い合わせや直接こちらにお出でになる方には対応しております。また、１８日（土）からの営業となりますが、商品の発送が込み合うことが予想されるため、少々のお時間をいただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。

Information of the vacation of the Bon Festival in 2012

Our company takes the vacation of Bon Festival from Sunday, the 12th to Friday, the 17th. We work till Saturday, the 11th.

We have responded to the inquiry by telephone also in closure. And I correspond also to those who come to the store directly. It is expected that dispatch of goods is crowded. Time may be obtained from usual to a report. We will work Saturday, the 18th. Please understand the situation.

2012年的盂蘭盆會的休假的告知

敝社從12日的星期日到17日的星期五安排盂蘭盆會的休假。我們到11日的星期六工作。

我們停止營業中也，按照在電話的諮詢。並且也對應著直接來店的人。商品的發送擁擠被預想。有比平時為報告領受時間的情況都。我們從18日的星期六開始工作。請諒解。

制服導入のお知らせ
ヤマモでは今月末から制服を導入します。弊社の営業と事務員に着用してもらうことにしました。制服の導入により、地元に対して新しいイメージを創り出したいと考えました。同時に、名刺や広告物と、紙物のリニューアルもしています。今期、女性の事務員には「しっかりと綺麗なシャツ」を、男性の営業陣には「機能的なポロシャツ」を、それぞれつくりました。これからは時期に応じてアイテムを増やし、各個人がコーディネートして、制服を楽しんでもらおうと思います。

Information of uniform introduction

At Yamamo, a uniform is introduced from the end of this month. An operating employee and a clerk wear. I thought that an employee begins to want to make a new image from wearing a uniform to local. Simultaneously, renewal of a card or an advertising matter is also carried out. “The firmly beautiful shirt” was built to the female clerk. “The functional polo shirt” was built to the male operating employee. From now on according to time, a uniform is increased. An employee’s individual coordinates and I think that I will have you enjoy a uniform.

在Yamamo本月從末導入制服。營業公司職員和事務員穿。想由於公司職員穿制服的，對本地開始創造新的印象。同時，名片和廣告物的更新也做著。為女性的事務員做(製作)了「好好地漂亮的襯衫」。為男性的營業公司職員做(製作)了「功能的襯衫」。今後按照時期�・加制服。公司職員的個人個人我組合，想請享受制服。

古くから味噌醤油屋には、お客様のところまで直接調味料をお届けするという、上質なサーヴィスがあります。弊社もまた例外なく、そこに取り組んでおります。歴史あるサーヴィスは今では文化となり、私はここに、日本人の繊細かつ粋な姿を想うのです。新たなイメージを纏い、これまでのサーヴィスを続けていくこと。地元企業が明るく元気に仕事をしていくこと。そして、地元の人たちに愛されていくこと。この延長上に私共の未来があるのだと思いました。

少しだけ装いの新しくなった私たちを、みなさまに見守っていただけたらと思います。これまでも、これからも、ヤマモをよろしくお願いいたします。

The bean paste soy sauce store is sending the seasoning to you directly till a visitor’s place for many years. This is high-quality service. Our company is also tackling there. Now, historied service became culture. I think that there is delicate and stylish feeling which Japanese people have here. uild a new image and continue old service. Local businesses need to work vigorously brightly. And a company needs to be loved by local people. I thought that our future was on this extension.

We continue the same work, although the uniform became new. Until now, please give me Yamamo from now on.

從以前醤醤油舖，到顧客的地方直接送交調料。這是優質的服務。敝社也還有，專心致力那裡。有歷史的服務現在成為了文化。我想對這裡，有日本人有著的纖細漂亮的感覺。製作新的印象，持續到現在為止的服務的。本地企業明亮地精神地工作的。並且，公司被本地的人們愛。我想這個延長上有我都未來。

いつからか私は、そんな想いを秘め、ここに外国語でも綴ることをはじめました。

My company aims at a global company.

After I thought so, I began to write a blog in a foreign language.

我那樣思念之後，我以用外語寫博客的為首。

これまでも各種引き合いから、ヤマモの製品を海外に出荷したことはありました。しかし、代理店として他の企業と関係を築き、安定して製品を供給したことはありませんでした。このたび台湾で、理解ある企業とパートナーシップを築けたことを機に、広く世界に展開をする決意をしました。

The product of Yamamo had been shipped to overseas until now. However, other relations with a company were built as an agency, it was stabilized and a product had not been supplied. An understanding company and partnership were able to be built in Taiwan lately. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I made a decision to develop in the world widely.
到現在為止在海外也出貨過yamamo的產品。可是，沒作為代理店建立其他的企業和關係，穩定供應過產品。在這次台灣，能建立有理解的企業和合作夥伴關係。向機會這個，我寬廣地對世界決心了展開的。

製品の各種評価を受け、先人たちや日本の醸造技術、これまでのことを改めて誇りに思います。長く愛される定番商品は、一見、安定して見えるものです。弊社の製品は、原料の選定や配合比率の改善、その一方でJAS法に基づく都度の成分分析と、マイナーチェンジを繰り返しています。私は蔵人として、醗酵と熟成に一年かかる食品は、“新しいことに挑戦できる回数が決まっている”、と覚悟しています。そこに有限性を思うからこそ、作業行程から広告までのひとつひとつに、“本気で取り組まなければ”、と考えるのです。

Various evaluations of the product were received from the foreigner. I am proud of predecessors, brewing technology of Japan, and the history of a company. It seems that the regular assortment which sells for a long time has stable quality. However, it is not an easy thing. Our products are carrying out selection of materials, and an improvement of the rate of a compounding ratio. Furthermore, componential analysis whenever it is based on the JAS method is conducted. The regular assortment has repeated the minor change. Time is required for the goods which carry out fermentation and maturing. I think “the number of times that a new thing could be challenged was decided.” Therefore, I think “it works hard” until it sells from the first work distance.

從外國人受到了產品的各種評價。我先人們和以日本的釀造技術和公司的歷史。感到驕傲很長地暢銷的經典商品，一般認為質量穩定。可是那個不是簡單事。敝社的產品，改善著原料的選定和配合比率。分析更加基於JAS法的每次的成分。經典商品反復小改樣。成熟發酵和的商品需要時間。“能挑戰的回數決定了為新事”和我考慮。因此從前往最初的工作到賣時，考慮“拼命工作”。

海外でご活躍される方々のご意見を伺うことができたことも、目標を新たにする大きな要因でした。開拓者精神に触れ、地元に外貨をもたらすことが急務だと感じました。私たちは、豊かな収穫と芳醇な醸造ができる、この地を護ることをしなければなりません。私の役目の多くは、そこにあるのだと思います。
I was able to hear the opinion of people who are successful overseas. It was also the big reason I renewed a target. I understood the pioneering spirit. I thought that it was pressing need to bring foreign currency to local. The place in which we live can perform rich harvest and brewing. We have to value this land. I think that many of my duties are there.
我能聽以海外成功的人們的意見。那個，也是我重新做目標的大的理由。我理解了開拓者精神。我感到給(對)本地帶來外幣是緊急任務。我們住的地方，豐富的能收穫和釀造。我們必須重要這個土地。我想我的很多任務，在那裡。

まずは代理店とよりよい関係を築き、価値観を共有し、その理解の輪を広げていきます。小さいからこそ小廻りを利かせ、日本のささやかな気持ちをお届けすることができる、そんな組織を目指したいと思います。私はそれが、未来の新たなモデルとして機能し、さらには、価値観の成熟した日本だからこそ切り拓けるという、私たちの歩むべき道になるのだと信じています。

First, my company builds a better relation with an agency. We share a sense of values and extend the understanding. Although my company is small, it does various things. And I would like to send Japanese soul to foreign people. I would like to aim at such a company. I think that it functions as a new model of the future. And I think that it is made since it is a Japanese to whom the sense of values ripened. It becomes a way which we should follow.
首先，我的公司建立代理店好的關係。我們共享價值觀，擴大那個理解。我的公司小,不過，做各種各樣事。並且想向外國的人們送交日本人的精神。我想以那樣的公司作為目標。我想那個，作為未來新的模型有作用。並且，我想因為是價值觀變成熟的日本人所以，那個能。變成我們應該走道。

そのためには今回の渡航のよう、たくさんのご理解ある方々のご支援が、私たちの活力となります。決意を新たに、これからも変わらぬものづくりを続けて参ります。私たちヤマモを、これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

ラジオ出演のお知らせ
帰国後、たくさんのお声掛けをいただき、改めてみなさまに見守られていたんだなと、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。ありがとうございました。今週金曜日には地元のFMラジオの番組に出演させていただきます。今回の台北の渡航についてお話をするつもりです。

I had much inquiry after the homecoming. I got to know what was aided by many persons. Thank you. I appear on the program of local FM radio on Friday this week. I plan to talk about the voyage of this Taipei.

我回國後被問題了多。我，被許多人知道了被援助東西。謝謝。我星期五本星期出現在地方的FM收音機的程序。我，計劃談關於這個台北的航海的。

代理店を見つけられただけでも御の字、という価値観を知らなかったからこそ、僕たちは結果的に独特な動きができたのだろうと思います。しかし、僕たちが台北でしたことは、海外に販路を見出した諸先輩方の手法をそのまま実行しただけです。だから自分も同じように、何が有効だったのか、優先順位をどうつけたのか、など、自分が経験したことをお話しようと思います。

It is difficult to find an agency overseas. Since we were inexperienced, we did not know that. Therefore, I think that peculiar activity was probably completed. That I was Taipei only performed the way of the seniors who sold to overseas as it was. Therefore, I talk similarly. What was effective in Taipei? How was the priority given? And I regard as it speaking what he experienced.

ただ、帰国後、僕の中でこれまでと異なる感覚があるのです。その中でも重要なのは、決断力とスピード感だと思います。渡航中は、巻き起こる出来事を瞬時に判断し、動かなければなりませんでした。また、海外で活躍する人は、この能力を充分に身につけていると感じました。そしてそれに長けた人は何より、信頼感があるのです。

I feel a different sense from the former after a homecoming. Decision and speediness are important also in it. During the voyage, I had to judge the occurrence in an instant and had to move. Moreover, those who play an active part overseas thought that it fully had this capability. And the person with this sharp sense is reliable.

我，對回國後與以前感到不同的感覺。與決定迅速並且在那個重要。航海中，我要一瞬必須判斷髮生。並且必須行動。並且，我想在海外活躍的人們，完全有著這個能力。還有，有這個尖的感覺的人能信頼。

地元湯沢の歴史や風土を生かし醸造を続ける私たちは、この土地の保全と運営、情報発信をしていかなければなりません。それは、湯沢のものを食べたり、温泉に浸かったりと、この街の住人だけでなく、利用して楽しむすべての人に関係していることです。いま、湯沢市のジオパーク構想を知り、認定のための応援をしようと思いました。
以下にご紹介するサイト、秋田湯沢ジオパークプロジェクト(AYGP)は麻生商店の友人*と私で勝手ながら作成をしたものです。ウェブサイトとしては非公式ではありますが、写真や文章の利用許可を得ています。私たちは地元市民のジオパークの認知が広がっていくことを期待しています。そしてこの、「地元の理解」も認定評価の一部となっています。学術的なところを行政が発信し、市民や企業がそれを利用する。地元の新たな成長戦略を双方から盛り上げていけたらと思いました。湯沢ジオパークの認定、皆さんで取り組んでいきましょう。

We are continuing brewing taking advantage of the history and the climate of local Yuzawa. Simultaneously with it, we have to consider management and information dissemination as preservation of this land. It is related to all the people that enjoy themselves not only using the resident of this town but using this place. Now, I got to know the geopark concept for Yuzawa, and thought that I would aid for authorization.
In the website of the following Akita Yuzawa geopark projects (AYGP), the friend* of the Aso store and I create. Although it is private as a website, use permission of a photograph or a text has been obtained. We expect that the cognition of a local citizen’s geopark will spread. And this “local understanding” has become a part of authorization evaluation. Administration sends a scientific place and citizens and a company use it. I thought if a local new growth strategy can be heaped up from both sides. Let’s progress to authorization of the Yuzawa geopark all together.
