日本ではじめてとなる、「海外を目指す中小企業と大学の連携」の場に参加させていただきました。海外に積極的に取り組む企業としてご紹介をいただくことは、これまでのことが一定の評価を得られたようで、感慨深いものがありました。さらに「世代を飛び超えた関係」「職種を飛び越えた関係」という秋田のコミュニティでも数少ない交流の場を持つことができ、自身の貴重な経験となりました。この大切な場に、微力ながらお力添えできればと思っております。
“The exchange meeting of Akita companies and an international culture university student” finished
I participated in the event of “cooperation of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the university which aim at overseas” which becomes the first in Japan. Our company was introduced as a company which works positively overseas. Evaluation with old constant work was able to be obtained. I was glad at it. “The relation which flew and exceeded the generation”, and the “relation which jumped over the occupational description” were able to be formed. I got the opportunity of exchange also with a new community of Akita. This became a precious experience for me. I thought that I would like to value this important opportunity.
「與秋田企業和國際教養大學學生的交流會」結束了
我參加了在日本成為第一次，「以海外作為目標的中小企業和大學的聯合」的活動。敝社在海外作為積極地工作的企業被介紹了。到現在為止的工作被得了一定的評價。我因此高興。能形成「在世代飛超過的關係」和「跳過工作的種類的關係」。我獲得了在秋田的團體也新奇的交流的機會。這個成為了對我來說貴重的經驗。我想重要這個重要的機會。
会場には熱意ある学生と世界を目指す企業の方々が集まっていました。秋田の中小企業が、小さくても世界を目指し、今まさに羽ばたこうとする実情。それを知ろうとする人、地域に知らしめようとする人、一緒に取り組もうとする人。想定外の早さで人口減少を迎える秋田の人々が、海を超えて広く展開しようとする意志を培うためには、今はまだ十分な土壌が整っておりません。しかしここでは、本質的な可能性を感じ取ることができました。
The company which develops in the world, and eager students had gathered in the hall. The small and medium-sized enterprises in Akita are going to be developed aiming at the world, even if a business scale is small. Here, there are those who try to know it, those who are going to make the area know, and those who are going to work together. Akita Prefecture to which a decrease in population is invited by unexpected earliness. People of this prefecture have to have will which it is going to develop widely across the sea. However, still sufficient organization is not ready now. I have taken in an essential possibility at this time.
向(到)世界與展開的企業熱情的學生匯集著在會場。秋田的中小企業，事業規模即使小以世界也作為目標，打算發展。知道做那個也好人，對地域使之知道做也好人，一起工作做也好人在這裡。出乎預料早迎接人口減少的秋田縣。這個縣的人們，必須超過海有?廣地打算展開的意志。可是現在還充分的體制沒整齊。我這個時，能感到根本的可能性。
私はJETRO秋田の佐藤所長のご紹介で、これまでの取り組みのプレゼンテーションを行いました。佐藤所長は弊社が海外展開を行うきっかけとなった人物であり、いつも人と人の輪を繋げ、最良の機会を与えてくれます。今回もこれまで同様、たくさんの熱を帯びた方々のご紹介と経験の場を設けていただき、非常に感謝しております。この会、プレゼンテーションをきっかけに、また新たなステージを目指そうと思います。
I performed the presentation of old work by introduction of Director Sato of JETRO Akita. He is the person who became the cause for our company to develop overseas. He always connects people and gives the best opportunity. This time, many excellent persons were introduced and the opportunity of experience was given to us. I am very thankful to him. Taking advantage of this event and presentation, I think that I will aim at a stage new again.
我是JETRO秋田佐藤所長的介紹，進行了到現在的工作的演示。他是成為敝社進行海外展開的契機的人物。他平時連接人，將最好的機會給予。此次，介紹很多的優秀的人，將經驗的機會也給予了我們。我對他非常表示感謝。我想向契機這個活動和演示，以又新的舞台作為目標。
懇親会では、学生の皆さんからの質問が絶えませんでした。私の話を時間いっぱいまで聴いてくれる方もおり、知り得る情報をできるだけお伝えせねば！と思いました。私は人と人との化学変化が最も興味深く、成長を促すものだと考えます。（学生の皆さん、ぜひ、弊社セレクトショップまでお越し下さい。お話をしましょう！）一方で、私は次世代を巻き込んでいくことと、継承していくことの責任を想いました。私たちは、これからの秋田、これからの日本を担い、紡いでいかなければなりません。自分の信じる“未来志向”に向かい、一歩一歩、進んでいきたいと思います。関係者の皆さま、このような場をいただき、ありがとうございました。

The question from students to me did not cease at a social gathering. There were some students who hear my talk to full time. If I did not give the known information as much as possible, I thought ! I think that encounter of people is the most interesting and grows up humanity. (Please come to our select shop the student and by all means. Let’s speak with us!) By one side, I considered the responsibility for involving in the next generation and succeeding. We have to bear future Akita and future Japan. I would like to progress step by step toward “a future intention” which I believe. Thank you for giving such a place.
