8月31日に羽後交通観光様の大型バスによる見学の受け入れを行いました。これまでに受け入れた見学では最大規模のものとなり、社員一同気を引き締めて取り組んで参りました。大きな混乱もなく無事終えることができ、一息ついているところです。

I thought that I also needed to open the thing of the spots, such as the activity of our company, and the present condition of a warehouse, to the exterior with it being the same with extending a market to the world. There, when it was not a certain amount of business scale, it was the subject that the tourist industry was unacceptable. I have some which should be shown just because it is a small distiller, and think that a regional peculiarity is told. That is because it thinks that just the small company is much subject to the influence from the area, and is seen from the direct communication with a small-and-medium-sized-enterprises manager as for “the future of the area.”
While I did work of inspection, I felt that an employee’s consciousness became good. On the other hand, the subject was found. Staffs are overwhelmingly lacking even if it can perform physical acceptance. The usual work is changed to inspection, and the number of the exclusive staff is increased and it corresponds. The inside of this organization is unacceptable if it is not after preparing the state of a company. Therefore, prior reservation will be needed for inspection. Staffs’ subject is a difficult problem. However, we inspect positively from now on. I think that I will progress to the following stage by doing this work.

我感到向(到)在工作參觀的時候公司職員的意識變好。另一方面課題找到了。能物理的接納,不壓倒性地人員也夠。為參觀用轉換通常的工作,增加專用職員的數對應著。這個體制裡面,如果不整理公司的狀態之後不能接受。因此事前預約成為參觀必要。人員的課題,是難的問題。可是我們適合今後前進行參觀。我想由於工作這個的進入下一步。
