グッドデザイン賞 ２０１３ 受賞について
弊社ヤマモの日英両表記の屋号に表される、現在までの国内外の活動が評価され、２０１３年度のグッドデザイン賞を受賞いたしました。
秋田県では初めてとなる「広告、宣伝、ブランド構築、CSR活動」という分野での受賞となります。現在のグッドデザイン賞は「商品そのもの」のデザイン性の評価だけではなく、「街づくり」や「街おこし」のような、広く総合的な取り組みで評価を受けることができます。弊社は、この分野で賞をいただいたことになります。
具体的な応募内容は「古くからある自社ブランドの再評価（日英両表記の屋号によるリブランディング）」を基準とし、それに伴う製品のリパッケージ、店舗構築、備品整備、工場見学体制等々を対象としました。持続可能な産業、モデル事業となるためには、全容を捉えなければなりません。今回の応募に当たっても、県の産業デザイン支援センター様から、秋田の産業の現状報告とグッドデザイン賞の評価体制の勧めをいただいたからこそ、この一歩を踏み出すことができました。
私は秋田に帰ってから「日本が古くから持ち得る価値や文化を現代に再評価できないか」と考えております。そして多くの仲間が日本文化を広く世界まで伝えることを願っています。それはいずれ地方に住む私たち、東北・秋田にも巡り巡る、かけがえのないものになるでしょう。私たち一人一人が未来へと向かい、それを体現する時がくるのだと思います。

Yamamo was given the GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2013
Yamamo was given the GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2013. With the logo designed in Japanese and English, our global promotion was evaluated.
Our company becomes the award by “an advertisement, brand construction, and CSR activity.” We won the prize in this field for the first time in Akita Prefecture. The present prize can receive evaluation not only in evaluation of “the design of goods” but in a synthetic measure like “town planning.” Our company obtained the prize in this field.
The concrete contents of an application are “reappraisal of its own brand.” We were aimed at re-packing of the product accompanying it, store construction, fixtures maintenance, factory tour organization, etc. You have to catch the whole picture, in order to become maintainable industry and a model project. We were recommended from the Akita industrial design support center. We got them to teach the present condition of the industry of Akita, and the evaluation organization of GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2013.
I think “we should reappraise a feeling of value and culture which Japanese people have for many years in the present age”, after returning to Akita. And it is hoped many friends tell Japanese culture to the world widely. It will be returned also to us who live in rural areas someday, the Tohoku district, and Akita. I think that the time of we every person realizing it toward the future comes.
By this work, the visitors who visit our company increased in number, and the exchange of opinions with me increased. Our company is a brewing company of a snowy country which follows with a visitor, and is a specific local industry. We would like to talk with you from now on.

８月３１日に羽後交通観光様の大型バスによる見学の受け入れを行いました。これまでに受け入れた見学では最大規模のものとなり、社員一同気を引き締めて取り組んで参りました。大きな混乱もなく無事終えることができ、一息ついているところです。
私は市場（価値観）を世界へ広げていくことと同じように、社の取り組みや蔵の現状など、現場のことも外へと開いていく必要があると考えています。そしてそれをより大きく展開すると、ある程度の事業規模でなければ観光産業を受け入れ難い、という暗黙のルールを知ることとなりました。一方で私は小さな蔵元には見せられるものがあり、地域特性を深くお伝えできると思います。それは、小さい企業こそ地域からの影響を受けており、その企業経営者との交流から「地域の未来」が見えてくると考えるからです。受け入れをすすめるうち、社員の意識の高まりを感じることができました。一方で課題も浮き彫りになりました。物理的な受け入れができても人員が足りません。社の仕事を見学用に切り替え、担当者を増やすことで対応しています。そのため、この体制のうちはお手数をお掛けしますが、事前予約が必須となります。人員は簡単に済む問題ではありません。しかし、これからも前向きに受け入れを行うことで、次の段階へ歩みを進めたいと思います。見学の受け入れについて、皆様にご理解をいただきながら、ご指導ご鞭撻をいただければ幸いです。お声掛けをいただいた羽後交通観光様、ありがとうございました。これからも湯沢市に根差す弊社ヤマモを、よろしくお願いいたします。ヤマモ味噌醤油醸造元

七代目 高橋泰About acceptance of inspection by a motor coachOur company accepted inspection on August 31. The motor coach of the Ugo traffic sightseeing came. In the inspection accepted so far, it was the maximum scale. Employee all the persons concerned mind was tightened, and preparation has been recommended. We can finish safely and are just going to be relieved.
I thought that I also needed to open the thing of the spots, such as the activity of our company, and the present condition of a warehouse, to the exterior with it being the same with extending a market to the world. There, when it was not a certain amount of business scale, it was the subject that the tourist industry was unacceptable. I have some which should be shown just because it is a small distiller, and think that a regional peculiarity is told. That is because it thinks that just the small company is much subject to the influence from the area, and is seen from the direct communication with a small-and-medium-sized-enterprises manager as for “the future of the area.”
While I did work of inspection, I felt that an employee’s consciousness became good. On the other hand, the subject was found. Staffs are overwhelmingly lacking even if it can perform physical acceptance. The usual work is changed to inspection, and the number of the exclusive staff is increased and it corresponds. The inside of this organization is unacceptable if it is not after preparing the state of a company. Therefore, prior reservation will be needed for inspection. Staffs’ subject is a difficult problem. However, we inspect positively from now on. I think that I will progress to the following stage by doing this work.I would like to obtain an understanding in you about inspection.
