地元、湯沢北中学校から依頼があり、職場体験の受け入れを行いました。総合学習の一環として勤労観や職業観を育成するためのものです。ヤマモでは２日間の受け入れを行い、澱掛け（舟掛け）やラベル押しなどの通常業務の他に大豆畑づくりと岩崎のフィールドワークを行いました。作業工程の感想を佐々木さんと柴田さんに、２日間の職場体験の感想を中山くんに書いていただきました。以下にご紹介したいと思います。

The work study program, Yuzawa North Junior High School

There is a request from a local Yuzawa north junior high school, we acceptance of workplace experience. Is a class of integrated learning to cultivate the working values and occupational outlook in students. 湯澤北初中，關於工作崗位體驗的接納

有從本地湯沢北初中，我們驗收工作經驗的要求。是一類綜合性學習，培養學生的工作價值觀和職業觀。執行驗收兩天Yamamo，做業務的正常過程中，如泥沙座（船鉤）和標籤印刷機。別人給了現場工作的大豆田的開發和岩崎。佐佐木和柴田山先生被要求寫你的工作過程的印象。中山坤被要求寫你的兩天工作經驗的印象。我們想向大家介紹以下。

佐々木さん / Sasaki-san

今日はヤマモしょう油にはたらきに来ました。今日たくさんやった仕事はふくろ洗いです。ふくろに水を入れてばしゃばしゃするという仕事で見た目より大変でうでがつかれました。しょう油をつくるだけじゃなくて、ふくろを洗ったり、ラベルはりなどたくさん仕事はあるんだなと思いました。

I came to work in Yamamo soy sauce today. Work that was doing a lot today is washing backward. Put the water is much the arm than it looks in the job of splashing was stuck in the return path. 柴田さん / Shibata-san

今日は、ヤマモしょう油さんに体験に来ました。初めは、作る工程を教えていただきました。とても、たくさんあって作るまで、作り上がるまでは大変なんだなと思いました。また、ふくろ洗いなどをしてみて細かい作業があってしょう油が出来ることが改めて分かりました。普段は食べる側だけど、作るところも見ることが出来て、良かったです。

今回の職場体験を通し、働くことのやりがい、大変さが分かりました。工場では色々な体験をさせてもらい、とても経験になりました。父母はいつもこんなにがんばってお金をかせいでくれているのだと心底感謝しました。また工場の内部で質のよいものにするための工夫が作業の中にたくさんあってとてもすごいと思いました。作業をやる上でもう一つ印象に残ったのが昼食のありがたみです。作業を終え午後になるときに母のべんとうを食べるととてもおいしく、昼食のありがたみが一段と深くなりました。２日間体験学習をさせてくれたヤマモ醤油さん、２日間べんとうをつくってくれた母、そしてその金をかせいでくれた父、みなさんありがとうございました。

I think my father and mother always and I have a job to do my best this way, thanked. Also devised for the good quality in the interior of the factory I thought very amazing and a lot in the work. Was left to another impression on to do the work is the appreciating of lunch. When finished in the afternoon to work very delicious to eat the mother of the lunch, the lunch of appreciating became more deeply. Yamamo soy sauce, who let a two-day hands-on learning, the mother who made a two-day lunch and father who earn the money, Thank you very much, everyone.

我通過這個工作經驗，獎勵和非常的工作被發現。讓我成為了各種在工廠的經驗，這是一個很好的經驗。我想，我的父親和母親經常和我有工作要盡我所能這種方式感謝。還設計用於在工廠內部的我還以為很了不起良好的品質和大量的工作。被留下來繼續做工作的另一個印象是午餐的升值。當下午結束工作非常好吃吃午飯的母親，欣賞的午餐變得更加深刻。 Yamamo醬油，誰就讓為期兩天的實踐學習，誰做了為期兩天的午餐和父親是誰賺來的錢，母親，非常感謝大家。
