I received much question, so that it could not finish to within a time. I was surprised at a pure interest, and their way of thinking and focus. I felt pleasure for work.

仕込蔵にこれだけの人数が入ることに驚きがあったのですが、はじめてこの空間を経験する方々には、興味深い場所なんだろうな、と気付かされました。熱気を帯びた質疑応答は、この場所で続いたのです。

工場見学の後、誘われて行った昼食の会場では、手捏ねのきりたんぽを炭火で焼くという贅沢な料理体験がありました。にぎる人の個性や一様でない焼き色の具合が、この催しの醍醐味のひとつです。

炭焼きしたきりたんぽに味噌だれを付けていきます。みんなでワイワイすすめていくと、世代を超えて、自然と笑みがこぼれていました。これに再び焼き目をつけて、味噌たんぽの出来上がりです。

やり場のない不満を口にせず、黙々と作業を続けることを選んだ。

何も言わないんじゃない、少なからず何かを想っている。

どうしようもない天候に、怒りを思う時だってある。

年配の方が屋根に上がる光景だって、ちっとも微笑ましくなんかない。

それでも、変わらず、彼らは行動で示すから、

見上げる僕たちは、この遣り方で、この土地に生きるのだ。
