    ところ：食品民工芸品会場（中央公園グラウンド特設会場）



    湯沢市庁舎の移転に伴い、長く親しまれたこの会場、この設営での開催は、今年で最後になります。歴史深い街も、それに付随するお祭りも、ひとつの節目を迎えます。弊社も数十年の間、湯沢物産協会の一員として出店をさせていただきました。来年度以降は販売会場ならびに物販の開催も未定となっております。いつか訪れる節目の年、すなわちハレの日には、相応の振る舞いがあるもの。ヤマモでは、この会場に感謝し、ささやかなレストスペース（休憩所）をご用意してみようと思います。


    今年も湯沢は深い深い雪に覆われています。この場所での最後の祀り、次回には観ることのできない景色。今年、この土地が賑わう姿を、強く焼き付けておきたいと思います。節目を迎える貴重な時を、皆様と過ごすことができれば幸いです。

    The Yuzawa government building will relocate this year. Holding of this hall loved for a long time and the festival in this preparation becomes the last by the end of this year. Our company also opened a shop as a member of the Yuzawa product association for tens of years. Holding after next year of sale has become undecided. A special day has suitable action. In Yamamo, I think that I will prepare a small rest station in appreciation of this hall.
    Yuzawa is covered with deep snow this year also. It is the last festival in this place. It is a scene which cannot be seen next time. I would like to memorize this year the figure with which this land is crowded. I am pleased if the precious time can be passed with you.

  • 秋田県南かもし隊の見学を迎えて

    NPO法人、「まちおこし 結っこ（ゆいっこ）」の鎌田さんのご依頼により、３０名規模の工場見学を引き受けることにしました。県内外からの大人数でのお客様の訪問は、はじめての経験となりました。４０分の見学と２０分間の質疑応答では、時間内には終えることができないほどの、活発なご質問をいただきました。時に言葉に詰まってしまうようなものがありましたが、純粋な興味からくる発想や着眼点は本当に尊いもので、かえって僕が勉強をさせていただきました。楽しく、仕事に遣り甲斐を見出した瞬間でもありました。

    以下にその様子をご紹介します。

    Inspection of the South Akita brewing team was taken over

    Mr. Kamata of the “town renaissance Yuikko” of a NPO requested the factory tour from me. It is a factory tour of the outside of within the prefecture to a 30-person scale. The visit by a lot of people became the first sexual intercourse for me. They were the inspection for 40 minutes, and the questions and answers for 20 minutes. I received much question, so that it could not finish to within a time. I was surprised at a pure interest, and their way of thinking and focus. I felt pleasure for work.
    I introduce the situation to below.

    仕込蔵にこれだけの人数が入ることに驚きがあったのですが、はじめてこの空間を経験する方々には、興味深い場所なんだろうな、と気付かされました。熱気を帯びた質疑応答は、この場所で続いたのです。
    I was surprised that the number like this goes into a preparation warehouse. It will be a place interesting to the first person to experience this space. Much questions and answers continued at this place.
    工場見学の後、誘われて行った昼食の会場では、手捏ねのきりたんぽを炭火で焼くという贅沢な料理体験がありました。にぎる人の個性や一様でない焼き色の具合が、この催しの醍醐味のひとつです。
    I was invited by lunch after the factory tour. At the hall, extravagant cooking experience of burning a handmade hotchpotch with rice bars by a charcoal fire was carried out. The condition of various sizes and baking colors thought that it was the real thrill of this event.
    炭焼きしたきりたんぽに味噌だれを付けていきます。みんなでワイワイすすめていくと、世代を超えて、自然と笑みがこぼれていました。これに再び焼き目をつけて、味噌たんぽの出来上がりです。
    Children attach bean paste to a hotchpotch with rice bars. When he recommended happily all together, he was laughing it as nature exceeding the generation. This is browned again and cooking is completed.

    体験型のイヴェントでは、積極的なお客様の姿勢と活動自体の強みを感じました。このような動きが、これからの新しい提供（サーヴィス）のカタチになるのだろうと思います。ものをつくる人と買う人、サーヴィスをする側と受ける側。互いに共有できる部分を増やすことで、これまでの単なる消費に終わらない、“その先”が見えてくるのだと思いました。
    There were many positive visitors in an experienced type event. Such a motion thinks that it will become future new service. Their eyes are promptly turned to experienced type activity, and I am impressed by you of the continued management. Those who build a thing, those who buy it and those who do service, and those who win popularity. It will not become simple consumption if a mutually sharable portion is increased. I thought that it became the continued consumption.

  • 冬の岩崎橋から


    だんだんと、だんだんと。


    今年も雪の深い秋田県、湯沢。

    冬の天候は時に、人の行動や感情を左右する。



    その、どこか不自由だと思う環境が、

    雪国の人を、ものづくりに向かわせることがある。



    舞い落ちる雪で澄んだ空気も、

    皆瀬川からの地下水の温度も、

    あるものを利用して、あるものに感謝して。



    雪深い真冬でも、穏やかに流れるこの川のよう、

    それは、だんだんと、だんだんと、つくられてゆく。






    From the Iwasaki bridge of winter
    Gradually, they are steps.

    Yuzawa in snowy Akita Prefecture where this year is also deep.
    The weather of winter sometimes influences people’s action and feeling.
    There is environment which thinks is inconvenient somewhere.
    However, it may make the person of a snowy country go to craftsmanship.
    Air which danced and became clear in the snow which falls.
    Temperature of the groundwater which flows from Minase river.
    I appreciate a certain thing using a certain thing.
    The midwinter when snow becomes deep also flows through this river quietly.
    It is built gradually.

  • 軒下の氷



    雪国の遣り方。


    軒下にできる氷は、水の複雑な経路からできるため、
    虹色のスペクトルも、造形美も息を潜める。

    ―お世辞でも“綺麗”とは云えない。


    氷点下の世界に暮らすことは綺麗事ばかりではない。

    不意に心配を煽ったり、耐えることを強いらせたり。

    その日の気分も予定も、真っ白にしてしまう。



    雪国で生まれ育つ人は、いつからか、

    やり場のない不満を口にせず、黙々と作業を続けることを選んだ。

    何も言わないんじゃない、少なからず何かを想っている。

    どうしようもない天候に、怒りを思う時だってある。

    年配の方が屋根に上がる光景だって、ちっとも微笑ましくなんかない。



    それでも、変わらず、彼らは行動で示すから、

    見上げる僕たちは、この遣り方で、この土地に生きるのだ。












    Ice under the eaves

    The way of a snowy country.

    Since the ice made under the eaves is made from the complicated course of water, type and its color are awkward.
    A compliment cannot be made “It is beautiful”, either.
    It is not beautiful to live in the world below the freezing point.
    It forces that it makes me uneasy and bears me.
    The feeling of the day and a schedule will be made pure white.
    Those who it is born and grow up in a snowy country did not complain, but chose to continue work.
    They do not necessarily say nothing.
    They consider something not a little.
    On the weather which can be done what, they may consider anger.
    There is even no spectacle which elderly one goes up to a roof somehow agreeably at all.
    It does not change but they still continue showing by action.
    Therefore, I live in this land by this way.

  • 工場の大屋根から



    耐え、偲ぶ。


    歴史的大雪を経験した前回の冬。
    今回は先手必勝。

    工場の大屋根にかかる雪にも、早々に手を掛ける。



    不毛な忙しさと不条理な自然を受け入れる雪国の人は、

    この時期、何も生産をすることができない。




    それが本当に何も生み出さないのか、

    生み出すとすれば何なのか。




    雪下ろしの人の数だけ置かれた、
    アルミスコップや黄色いスノーダンプ。

    社員総出の雪下ろしは去年の経験を受け、

    手慣れたものになっていた。









    From the roof of a factory

    Remember with bearing.

    Last winter that experienced historical heavy snow.
    This time, we move previously.
    It tidies up in the snow concerning the roof of a factory immediately.
    The person of a snowy country accepts barren busyness and irrational nature.
    As for us, this time and nothing can produce goods.
    Does it really produce nothing?
    Supposing it produces, what is it?
    The aluminum shovel and yellow snow dumping on which only the number of the persons of snow removal from the rooftop was put.
    Snow removal from the rooftop of employee full force had become the work to which it got used from the experience last year.
