霜の降りた朝

冬のものさし。

放射冷却で氷点下の朝。

身震いしながらカーテンを開けると、

眩しい朝陽が飛び込んでくる。

眠い眼をこすりながら、葉に降りた霜を見る。

その様子から外の寒さを想像し、クローゼットの中を覗く。

「厚手のセーターに、今日はジャケットも必要かもしれない。」

あれやこれやと考えながら、冷たい裸足に靴下を履く。

そうして冬の支度がはじまる。

The morning from which frost got down

The ruler of winter.

It is a morning when it is low-temperature and it is cold at radiative cooling.

I opened curtain, shivering.

Then, the dazzling morning sun shines into the room.

I looked at the frost attached to the leaf, rubbing a sleepy eye.

Outer cold was imagined from the state and I looked in at the closet.

“A jacket may also be necessity today at a heavy sweater.”

I wore socks to bare feet, considering various things.

In the meantime, preparations of winter start.

降霜的早上

冬天的尺度。

用輻射冷卻氣溫很低地冷的早上。

我一邊戰慄一邊開了窗簾。

於是晃眼的朝日為房間插入。

我一邊擦發睏的眼，一邊看了葉附有的霜。

從那個情況想像外邊的寒冷，我窺視了壁櫥中。

「對厚的毛衣，今天茄克也說不定必要。」

我一邊考慮各種各樣事，光著腳一邊穿了襪子。

冬天的準備從在做這做那的時候，開始。

シンガポール農水産物・食品輸出ミッション　商談会を終えて
朝晩は、コートを羽織るような１０月末の雪国秋田。熱帯のシンガポールへは、どこか距離も気温も遠く感じていた。場違いなコートを片手に薄手のシャツで降り立ったChangi国際空港では、南国の鮮やかなグリーンが目を惹いた。玄関口の空港が象徴するよう、この国は多くの植物で満ちている。見渡す限りに広がる豊かな光景に、僕はコートをバッグに押し込んだ。

Since it gets cold the morning and evening of Akita of the snowy country at the end of October, we wear a coat. To tropical Singapore, I felt distance and temperature distantly from Japan. I wore the thin shirt and had a coat in one hand. The southern skillful green plant was conspicuous at the Changi international airport. This country is filled with many plants so that an airport may be symbolic. I put the coat into the bag forcibly at the rich scene which spreads in the limitation to overlook.

因为10月末的多雪的地方的秋田的早晚变冷，我们穿大衣。从日本到热带的新加坡，我距离和气温都远方觉得。我穿薄的衬衫，一只手上拿着大衣。在Changi国际机场南鲜明的绿色的植物显眼。机场象征的那样，这个国家在多的植物充满着。在扩展为一望无际的丰富的景色上(里)，我硬到包放入了大衣。

バスから覗いた景気は先進国そのままに、綺麗にキレイに僕たちの目の前を通り過ぎた。他のアジア諸国と異なり、路地裏まで配慮が行き届いた場所は、食に限らず、安全と安心が経済的な豊かさに支えられている。チャイナタウン、インド人街、アラブストリートと、ガラリと変わる景色に、人種のるつぼであることが伺えた。期待で胸が膨らみ、僕は着いた先から揚々と街へと繰り出した。

I looked at the scene of the advanced nations which ripened from the bus. Singapore differs from other Asian nations. That is because consideration is prudent to the back alley. Not only food but safety and relief support it to economical abundance. We found the Chinatown, the Indian town, and the Arab street. I looked at the changing rows of houses, and it got to know that this was melting pot. I became pleasant and went to the town.

我看了从巴士变成熟的发达国家的景色。新加坡与其他的亚洲各国不同。那个到胡同背面关怀周到。那个不仅食物，安全和放心被经济上的丰富支撑。我们发现了唐人街，印度人街，阿拉伯街。我看变化的街道，知道了这里人种的坩埚。我变得快乐，去了街。

東京２３区の大きさと変わらない国土の島国は、食料自給率が著しく低く、国民食というものがない。完全輸入を選んだ食生活は、互いの文化を尊重し、共生している。各国の料理が取り揃えられ、それはそれで芯があるのだと思った。また、相手を慮る国民性は、直接的な大陸の手法を拒むようだ。それは同じ島国日本の感情に似ている。

Singapore is an island country which is not different from the size of Tokyo’s 23 Wards. A food self-sufficiency ratio is remarkably low here, and there is no national food. The eating habits which chose full import respect mutual culture, and are living together. It has the dish of each country in stock. I thought that it had a core by it. Moreover, the national traits which value a partner resist the technique of a direct continent. I thought that it resembled the feeling of the same island country Japan.

新加坡是与东京23区的大小不变的岛国。这里显著地很低，没有食品自给率国民食。选择完全进口的伙食，尊重彼此的文化，一起生活着。各国的饭菜被备齐。我想那个因此有芯。还有，重要对方的国民性，阻挡直接的大陆的手法。我想那个与一样的岛国日本的感情相似。

完全輸入に踏み切った立国方法論は単純明快、だからこそ強くしなやかと思う。貿易による停泊料金や観光産業を柱とする構成は、地の利を生かした見事な処世術と云える。世界各国の船舶利用者が途絶えることなくこの国を利用し、更なる効果を促す推進力となる。また、観光立国を礎にしたコンテンツが要所要所に散りばめられている。

The establishment-of-a-state methodology which decided on full import is simple and clear. Therefore, I think that it is strong and pliant. 商談会も同様に、これまで経験したものとは異質なものであった。シンガポールで扱う商品は近隣諸国のバイヤーの目に止まり、与える影響は予想以上に大きい。視野を広げ、より大きく商圏を見積もる必要がある。そしてその需要はバブルや勃興という一時的なそれとは異なり、実積の伴うものだった。

The business talk meeting of the old thing was also heterogeneous. Since, as for the goods treated in Singapore, the buyer of neighboring countries also gets interested, the influence which it has is great beyond anticipation. It is necessary to extend a view and to estimate a sphere of business more greatly. And the demand differs from temporary it which is called a bubble and a sudden rise. A real product follows.

贸易谈判会，也到现在为止的东西异质的。为了在新加坡处理的商品周边各国的买方也有兴趣，给予的影响超过预想大。需要拓宽视野，更大地估计商圈。并且那个需求与所说的泡沫和勃兴一时的那个有差异。实际面积伴随。

水辺の街、夜の街を味方につけた国を挙げてのプロモーションは、見ていて飽きることがなかった。リヴァーサイドでは、立地による近い距離感の賑わいを中心としていた。一方の対岸では、ゆったりと過ごせる文化的空間を併設した展開。どのサーヴィスも、どの演出も、同じように利用者は笑顔を絶やすことなく、その場を楽しんでいる。軒を連ねる各国の老舗ブランドも、まるで拍車が掛かったように、この場所での独自の魅せ方を追求していた。

We did not get bored, seeing the town of the waterside, and the town of night. This is a promotion which a country backs up. In Riverside, if there is a place of miscellaneous prosperity, there is also space which can be passed gently on the opposite shore. 比較的狭い国土のなかでも見所が多く、後ろ髪を引かれる思いをしたシンガポール。もはや代名詞となったMARINA BAY Sandsの屋上プール付きの巨大建造物や、Ruffles Hotelに代表する歴史的建造物の再定義。日常的な自然と都市の融合。異種多様な文化との共生。それが単なる経済力の裏付けではなく、古くからのマレー（ミックス）文化がその根幹にあったと実感する。数ある“るつぼ”の中でも、他者を受け入れる懐の深さと余裕は、世界的に観ても希な存在である。マレーを祖に持つシンガポーリアンの感覚は、ハイブリッドな融合と離散を是とする自分にとって、これからの鍵となるだろう。もう一度、歴史深いマレー文化に触れることを誓い、僕は馴染みのコートを羽織った。

There are so many highlights that it cannot turn around Singapore within a voyage period. I wanted to have stayed more for a long time. The huge-with rooftop pool building of MARINA BAY Sands used as the famous place in Singapore. The historical building of redefined Ruffles Hotel. Fusion of everyday nature and a city. Symbiosis with multiple cultures. It feels actually that not backing but the murrey (mix) culture from ancient times of mere economic strength were in the basis. I thought that the method of accepting the others was an existence important in an Asian area. Singapore is “melting pot.” For this country to be able to accept the others quietly is that it is globally rare. The feeling of the Singaporean who has on the basis of murrey culture is a place of learning from now on for me who am conscious of hybrid fusion and dispersion. I promised to visit once again to my heart, and I put on the familiar coat.

新加坡在出国期间内不能回转那样值得看的地方多。我想更长的间逗留。成为新加坡的名胜的MARINA BAY Sands屋顶游泳池附着巨大建造物。被再定义的Ruffles Hotel的历史的建造物。日常的的自然和城市的融合。与多文化的共生。体会到不是单纯的经济力的证据，那个根干有过去的Malay(混合)文化那个。我想接受别人的方法，是在亚洲地区重要的存在。新加坡是“人种的坩埚”。这个国家能平静地接受是别人的，全世界地也稀少事。在基础上(里)拥有Malay文化的新加坡人的感觉，混合对认识融合和离散的我来说，今后学习的场。我向我的心发誓再一次访问，我披上了熟识的大衣。

シンガポール農水産物・食品輸出ミッション　商談会参加について
シンガポール農水産物・食品輸出ミッションのため、３０日からシンガポールへ渡航します。他国の文化を感じる度に触発され、よりよいパフォーマンスを発揮したいという思いに駆られます。

引き合いの多かったタイでの商談会を踏まえ、今回は、ご紹介するアイテムをできるだけ増やしました。また、多くのそれらを支えるため、アメニティのヴァージョンアップにも取り組んでいます。外国の方からいただく意見を自分なりに落とし込み、それをまた別の国で披露することは非常に興味深く、また、それを熱のあるうちに展開できることを幸せに思います。

自分は伝統産業の従事者です。その自覚はありながら、刺激的でスピード感のある“いま”の環境で生まれる感覚が、好きで仕方がありません。この身で、アジア有数の都市国家の風を感じてきたいと思います。

About the Singapore agriculture, forestry and fishery product and food export missions, and business talk meeting participation

I will make a voyage to Singapore from the 30th for the Singapore agriculture, forestry and fishery product and food export missions. Whenever I feel the culture of a foreign country, I would like to come to build a product. And I think that I want a product to demonstrate better performance.

I considered the business talk meeting in Thailand which the inquiry had, and increased the item to introduce as much as possible this time. Moreover, in order to support many them, I am also performing upgrade of amenity. It is very interesting to consider for oneself the opinion obtained from foreign one, and to announce it in another country again. Moreover, I regard as fortunate that it can be developed early.

I am a pursuer of traditional industry. I have the consciousness. I am stimulative and like the feeling produced in the speedy “present” environment. I would like to have felt the wind of an Asia leading city state.

我因為新加坡農水產品·食品出口使節，從30日向新加坡出國。我想把產品變得做成為感到在他國的文化的時候的每次。並且，我想產品希望發揮好基於的性能。

我考慮在引證的多的泰國的貿易談判會，此次儘可能?加了介紹的條款。還有，為了支撐多的那些，我舒適宜人的版提高也去著。對一自己考慮從外國領受的意見，再在另外的國家宣佈那個非常就很有興趣。還有，我幸福地考慮能快速展開那個的。

煮大豆
大豆も米と同様によく冷えた地下水で洗い、一晩浸漬する。新たに水をはった大豆を蒸気で煮る。灰汁をこまめに取り除き、不要な成分を煮流す。次に加圧により旨味成分を閉じ込め、ふっくらと蒸しあげる。これを、“半煮半蒸”と呼び、太陽の昇らぬ早朝のうちに煮大豆を仕上げる。

Boil Soybeans

Both rice and soybeans are rinsed with, and soaked in cold water overnight before they are to be ‘half-boiled and half-steamed’. During the boiling process, any bitterness is removed by skimming the surface of the water. Then it is pressure-cooked in order to preserve its flavor and taste.

煮大豆

大豆也和米粒相同，以冰涼的地下水清洗，浸泡一晚。將充滿了水份的大豆以蒸氣燉煮，並仔細撈除湯面的雜質浮沫，直到不要的成份完全去除。接著以加壓的方式持續蒸煮大豆，將其精華完全封存，並以如此「半煮半蒸」的方式趁天還沒亮以前將此步驟完成。
