YAMAMO WORLD VOYAGE について
日本の繊細な感覚を世界にどれだけ伝えられるのでしょうか。一年のうちに醸造する回数が決まっているよう、日本の伝統食を世界に広める機会も限られています。渡航を繰り返すうちに、そのようなことを考えるようになりました。

“人生は航海である。”

限られた時間と限られた機会。しかし一歩外に踏み出せば、たくさんの経験と仲間たちが待っています。YAMAMO WORLD VOYAGEにはその記録として、渡航の足跡とパートナー（代理店、取扱店舗）を記すことにしました。混ざり合い、移り変わる時代の流れを、共に感じていただければ幸いです。

About YAMAMO WORLD VOYAGE
Which is the delicate feeling of Japan told in the world? Our company has decided the number of times of brewing within one year. The opportunity for us to introduce a traditional food of Japan to the world as well as it is restricted. While I repeated the voyage, I came to consider such a thing.

“Life is Voyage.”

The time and the opportunity of life are restricted. However, if we go abroad, we can do much experience and can meet friends. I decided to describe the locus and partner (the agency, the handling store) of a voyage in YAMAMO WORLD VOYAGE as the record. I am pleased if you both feel the current of mixing and the changing times.

世界日本的纖細的感覺只哪個能傳達？敝社決定著釀造的回數為一年內。以及像一樣一樣地，我們向世界介紹日本的傳統食的機會也被限定。我變得考慮那樣的事在反復出國的時候。

“人生是航海。”

人生的時間和機會被隔限。可是，如果我們向海外出發，我們能很多的經驗，能遇到朋友們。我作為那個記錄，在YAMAMO WORLD VOYAGE上(裡)出國的軌跡和決定記合夥人（代理店，處理店舖）。如果一同可以感到混雜在一起，變遷的時代的流動，幸運。

香港・台湾渡航を終えて＿帰国まで
後ろ髪を引かれる思いをしながら、早朝の香港国際空港を後にする。外の国から外の国へと移動する。仕事でのラウンドトリップは、はじめての経験で、新たな階段を掛け上がる感覚があった。台湾の桃園空港は初夏の陽気を思わせ、同じ亜熱帯でも異なる温度を体験した。そして、幾何学的に連続する、見知らぬ空港の構造が旅の心を刺激した。

Finish Hong Kong and the Taiwan voyage _Up to a homecoming

Although I wanted to know Hong Kong more, we departed from Hong Kong International Airport in the early morning. We move to an outer country from an outer country. It was the first experience that I do the round trip of the foreign country at work. I had the feeling by which new stairs have been hung. Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport was temperature like early summer. I experienced a different temperature from Hong Kong of the same subtropical zone. And I was excited at the structure of a geometrically continuous airport.

我想更知道香港,不過，我們早晨從香港國際機場出發了。我們從外邊的國家向外邊的國家移動。我是由於工作外國周遊，開始的經驗。並且我有了沿新的台階上行的感覺。台灣的桃園機場是象初夏一樣的氣溫。我體驗了與一樣的亞熱帶的香港不同的溫度。並且我，看為幾何學的接連的機場的結構興奮了。

何度か渡航経験のある台湾では、代理店の再訪と自分のブランドイメージと合致する市場を見つける目的があった。自分の手がけた商品が、他国の売り場で棚に並ぶことは、仕事冥利に尽きる。代理店とは打ち合わせを重ねる度に信頼感が増し、国は違えど、やはり人の結びつきであると実感する。また活発な市場は、日本とは異なるプレゼンテーションや展開規模、コンセプトが見え隠れした。その根幹にあるのは、人種が入り交じり沸き立つムード、つまりはこの国に取り巻く空気である。

There are two purposes of mine in Taiwan. One is revisit of an agency. Another is finding the market which agrees with its brand image. I visited the store of the agency. It is very delightful that the product which I built is sold at the counter of a foreign country. Whenever it makes arrangements with an agency, my sense of reliability increases. Even if language is not understood, the important element of work feels that it is a confidential relation actually. Moreover, the active market existed in Taiwan. The different presentation, deployment scale, concept from Japan. The culture and economy which were mixed uniquely serve as the backdrop. That is, it is the environment of this country.

在台灣，有我的目的2個。1個是代理店的再訪。再一個是發現與自己的品牌形象符合的市場。我訪問了代理店的店舖。我製作的產品，在他國的出售處被銷售，是非常高興事。對與代理店洽商在的時候的每次，我的信�・感�・加。即使不懂言詞，工作重要的要素也體會到是信�・關係。又在台灣活躍的市場存在了。日本不相同的演示和展開規模，理念。那個背景有獨自地被混合的文化和經濟。總之，那是這個國家環境。

夜の街では、台湾渡航の度にお世話になる諸先輩方にも、お会いすることができた。彼らのネットワークはさらなる広がりを見せ、僕たちを圧倒する。この経験こそが渡航時に最も心を揺さぶられる瞬間と言っても過言ではない。彼らは自分の想定以上のスビードと力業で突き進み、それでいてあたたかく迎えてくれる、大きな大きな存在だ。

I was able to meet the good seniors of relations by the Taiwan voyage in the town in Taipei of night. I was surprised for their network to further spread out. Just this experience regards me as the most stimulative by voyage. They push on by the speed and power more than my assumption. And they are the big, big existences which greet us warmly.

是夜晚的台北的街，我用台灣出國能遇到關係好的先輩們。他們的網絡更加展開著，我吃驚。我想正是這個經驗用出國最刺激。他們用我的估計以上的快速和力量突破。並且他們是很暖地迎接我們的大的大的存在。

商談会では、代理店と共に交渉の場に付いた。昨年のFOOD TAIPEI以来の商談の格好だが、チーム、組織として望むのは非常に心強い。パートナーの存在を踏まえ、さらなる顧客の獲得と、広がりあるブランド展開を肝に銘じた瞬間だった。ビジネスの場でも、いくらか台湾に馴染んできた自分には、この国の人たちはどこか安心感を憶える、大切な人たちだ。

At the business talk meeting, I negotiated together with the agency. With the team composition since FOOD TAIPEI last year, I was very secure. I considered a partner’s existence anew. Therefore, I gained the customer for them and thought that it had to develop newly. I have got used to Taiwan at working here. Therefore, I feel relief for the people of this country. For me, they are important people.

貿易談判會，我與代理店一起談判了。是去年的FOOD TAIPEI以來的隊伍構成，我非常膽壯。我重新考慮合夥人的存在。因此，我認為必須為了他們，獲得顧客，新展開。由於在這裡工作的我適應台灣。因此我，對這個國家的人們感到放心。對我來說，他們是重要的人們。

２カ国を二日二日で廻る、タイトなスケジュールの渡航。製品を抱え、都度、荷造りをしては出掛けていく。いつか夢に見たビジネスシーンは、思いのほかいいものではなかったが、これからも続く自分の仕事の糧になるのだと、噛みしめることができた。沸き立つアジアの中心で複数言語を操り、活動の幅を世界に広げる人たちは、皆が皆、思慮深く、想いの強い人ばかりだ。自分もそうして世界にネットワークを持ち、感覚を共有する人たちと、肩を並べていきたいと思った。

We worked one country in two days, and experienced two countries. It was the voyage of the tight schedule. We pack and go out with a product each time. The method of the work which I looked at in the dream once was not better than anticipation. However, I thought that this trip became experience of me who continue from now on of work. There are those who extend the place of activity in the world. They have a good command of two or more languages at the center of Asia of growing up. They are all prudent and pleasant persons. I had a network in the world and thought that I would like to work with people who share feeling.

我們二日工作1個國家，經驗了2個國家。是緊湊的日程的出國。我們每回，包裝拿產品出門。我以前在夢上(裡)看的工作的辦法，不是比預想好東西。可是這個旅行，認為變成今後繼續的我的工作的體驗。到世界打開活動的地方的人在。他們用�・長的亞洲中心操縱複數的語言。他們是全體考慮深深地，心情的好人。我想我在世界有網絡，工作共享感覺的人們和。

香港・台湾渡航を終えて＿香港まで
「漢字とアルファベットが綺麗に混ざっているなぁ」

香港に着いて、最初に見た広告に思った。この国は、特区として洗練され、“何でも器用に入り交じっている”、と思う。渡航中に、歴史や人種の講義を受け、いくらか紐解いていくに連れ、それを実感することができた。永く文化を融合し、ゆえに洗練された土地は、ビジネスに於いても特有の厳しさがあるのだという。空港に着いた僕は、目新しい広告を、ただただ、追うだけであった。

When I arrived in Hong Kong, I considered so, seeing an advertisement first. This country is refined as a special area. “It is mixed well anything.” I was able to receive the history of Hong Kong, and a racial lecture during the voyage, and I was able to realize it. It is difficult to trade in the market refined by uniting culture from ancient times. I arrived at the airport and only gazed at the novel advertisement.

「汉字和拉丁字母漂亮地搀混着」

我最初看广告那样牵挂到达时香港，我。这个国家，作为特区被洗练。“不管什么都流利地混杂着”我在出国中，听香港的历史和人种的授课，我能体会到那个。在从很早以前融合文化被洗练的市场，交易难。我只是到达机场，凝视新奇的广告。

国際空港から市街地への道のりは、高層ビル群と積み重なるコンテナが広がっていた。交流（貿易）の起こる華やかな場所は、同じく貿易都市であるシンガポールを彷彿とさせた。インフラが新しい同国に比べ、早くから成熟したこの都市は、街並にも味わいが伺え、どこか哀愁を感じる。その哀愁を夜の灯りがどう照らすのか、その一心で街へと繰り出す。

The long way from an international airport to a city area. The cluster of high-rise buildings and the piled-up container had spread there. Hong Kong is a busy place where exchange (trade) takes place. I thought that I resembled Singapore which is similarly a trade city. Compared with Singapore where an infrastructure is new, historied Hong Kong has the feature in old rows of houses. I felt sadness somewhere for it. How does the light of night illuminate the sadness? I went to the town of night.

从国际机场向市区长的道。到那里与高层群垒积起来的集装箱扩展着。香港是发生交流(贸易)的热闹的地方。我想与同作为贸易城市的新加坡相似。比较新的新加坡，历史有基础设施的香港旧的街道有特征。我而且是哪里感到哀愁。夜晚的点上怎样照那个哀愁？我向夜晚的街出门了。

国慶節の雰囲気が残る店舗には、深い時間も人が行き交い、“眠らない街”を体現していた。コンビニエンスストアやチェーンレストランの前には若者が集い、談笑し、それは東京と変わらない都市生活の姿があった。唯一変わるものは、同じ明るさのネオンの中で、亜熱帯に生息する街路樹。その脇を、仕事帰りの女性が足早に通り過ぎる。

People are in the store where the ornament of the National Foundation Day of China remains night at late time. That was “a town which does not sleep.” In front of the convenience store or the chain restaurant, the young man was gathering and having a pleasant chat. It is a figure of the city life which is not different from Tokyo. What changes uniquely is a roadside tree which inhabits the subtropical zone. The woman of the way home from work passes the side at a brisk pace.

夜晚晚的时间人也在国庆节的装饰残留的店铺。那里是“不睡的街”。便利店和链餐馆前年轻人集会，谈笑着。那是与东京不变的城市生活的身姿。唯一地变东西，是为亚热带生活的林荫树。工作回来的女性向脚早走过那个腋下。

アジア有数の都市・香港は、別の文化を伝える意味でも、激戦区であることは間違いがない。次から次へと、「ヒト・モノ・カネ」は流れ、時代を織り成していく。いよいよの商談会で自分が感じた感情は、楽しさであった。「定着」に時間が掛かるのは覚悟しているが、取り敢えず受け入れてくれる寛大さは、有り難いものであった。想定した以上に、商品の引き合いは多かった。

Hong Kong is an Asia leading city. Competition is intense even if it is going to tell another culture here. “Person, materials and money” flows into the next from the next, and it builds fashion. The feeling which I felt at the business talk meeting of Hong Kong was pleasure. Although it was determined that “fixing” takes time, the generosity accepted for the time being was kind. More than I assumed, there were many inquiries of my goods.

香港是亚洲有数的城市。竞争也激烈以这里打算传授另外的文化。从下面向下面，「人·东西·钱」流，造就流行。我对香港的贸易谈判会感到的感情，是快乐。在「落实」上(里)花费时间作着精神准备,不过，首先接受的宽大，难以有。对我既然估计，我的商品的引证多。

坂道の高低差や色鮮やかな色相差、２階建てラッピングバスのヴォリュームや港湾に突き抜けた空の高さ。香港の体験は、“差”の連続である。東西南北、過去も未来も人が入り交じり、“差”を認める寛容なルールに基づく場所には、それを最大限に利用する人間が集まる。手に入れた自由は、大きなうねりとなり、特異な場所となるのである。固有の地域性と可能性を秘めたアジア地域のなかで、いかなる挑戦者も受け入れる寛容な場所は、これからも輝いていくのだろう。

The vertical interval of a slope. An advertising vivid hue difference. The size of a double decker. Height of a large sky of a harbor. Experience of Hong Kong is continuation of a “difference.” People are mixed also north, south, east and west, and in the past and the future. It is based on the tolerant rule which accepts a “difference” here. The human beings who use it to the utmost gather. Much freedom serves as a unique place. Asia has peculiar regionality and possibility. Since any challengers accept Hong Kong, it will shine here from now on.

坡道的高低差。广告的颜色鲜明的色相差。包装巴士的大小2层建筑。港宽广的天空的高度。香港的体验，是”差”的连续。东西南北，过去和未来人都混杂。这里，根据认可”差”的宽容的规则。为最大限度利用那个的人聚集。很多的自由，成为异常的地方。亚洲有固有的区域和可能性。因为香港也接受任何挑战者，这里今后闪耀吧。

商談会の様子を時事通信社香港支局の瀬崎記者に記事にしていただきました。記事内容にもありますが、“自炊文化”まるごとの輸出・発信が、私たちの使命ではないかと考えます。生活の根幹をなす調理という行為は、非常に尊いものです。日本人が基本に持つ自炊文化。圧倒的に自炊の機会が少ない国と世代にこそ、お伝えでいないものか、と思うのです。

The Sezaki journalist of the Jiji Press Hong Kong branch office made the situation of the business talk meeting the report. Although it is also on the contents of a report, I think that it is our mission to export and send “self-cooking culture.” The act of cooking which makes the basis of a life is very valuable. Self-cooking culture which Japanese people have in foundations. I would like to tell just the country and generation with few opportunities of self-cooking.

請對時事通訊社香港分局的瀨崎記者要了貿易談判會的情況報道。报道内容也有,不过，我认为出口”自己做饭文化”发信，不是我们的使命是不是。做生活的根干的烹调这个行为，非常珍贵。日本人在基本上(里)拥有的自己做饭文化。我，想自己做饭的机会与少的国家正是世代，传达。

香港・台湾渡航について
知らない土地を歩くこと、知らない人に出逢うこと。彼の地を訪ね、関係と認識を強めること。今月２６日から香港・台湾へと渡航します。

異国を目指すたび、いたずらに気持ちは高ぶります。それは、あれやこれやと商品や資料を選ぶことからはじまり、服装やガジェットの用意に至るまで。時系列のスケジュールと照らし合わせ、見知らぬ地図を見ているとき、感覚は海の外にあります。自身で探る経路に眠る、新たな可能性に、期待は膨らみます。

未知の国・香港と、パートナーシップを築けた国・台湾。複数国をまたぐ渡航経験。両国のコントラストを経験し、また新たな地図を手に入れたいと思います。

About Hong Kong and Taiwan voyage

In the land which is not known, I will meet an unfamiliar person. I will visit again and will strengthen a relation and recognition. I make a voyage to Hong Kong and Taiwan from the 26th of this month.
A feeling is strung up whenever I aim at a foreign country. Also when choosing goods and data and preparing the dress and the gadget. While referring to the schedule of a time series and seeing the unknown map, my feeling is out of the sea. Expectation swells in a new possibility of sleeping for the course explored by itself.
Hong Kong of a country strange for me, and Taiwan of the country which was able to build partnership. Voyage experience over two or more countries. I would like to experience both countries and to get new work.

关于香港·台湾出国

是不知道的土地，我会遇到不知道的人。我会再次访问，增强关系和认识。我从本月26日向香港·台湾出国。
我以异国作为目标的每次，心情兴奋。准备时也选择时商品和资料，也服装和机器。时与系列的日程核对，对海外边有查阅时未见过的地图，我的感觉。对自己探寻的路径睡，新的可能性，期待鼓起。
对我来说未知的国家的香港和，能构筑合作伙伴关系的国家的台湾。跨过复数国的出国经验。我想体验两国，得到新的工作。
