創業の幕末から弊社ヤマモの建築特徴は、醸造、つまりは“つくり”を大切にしている。
たとえば、“つくり”のはじめの低温経過を辿らせる仕込蔵にはじまり、
雪国、河川近江の風量を考慮し、最北に位置する醗酵・熟成の諸味蔵まで。
云うなれば、地域特性を活かした四季による天然醸造を祖にする造りである。
The drawing room of a detached building
As sincere as legitimacy.
Our Yamamo continues from the end of Edo Period of foundation.
The construction feature is brewing carefully.
For example, a Shikomi warehouse is a warehouse where a product passes at low temperature.
The Moromi warehouse which carries out fermentation and maturing is located
in the southernmost in consideration of the amount of winds of the river of a snowy country.
It is the structure based on natural brewing by the four seasons which harnessed the regional peculiarity.
離開的客廳
正統和誠實。
從創業的幕府的末期開始敝社Yamamo接連不斷著。那個建築特徵，重要釀造。
譬如，仕込倉庫，是產品以低溫經過的倉庫。
成熟發酵和的諸味倉庫考慮多雪的地方的河川的空氣量，位於最北。
是要由發揮運用地域特性的四季的天然釀造基本的結構。
その建築構造は、７つの蔵の上から大屋根を掛け、風雨を凌げるようにしたもの。
現在、個々の蔵が繋がれ、住居と工場までが一続きの構造である。
その一方で、住居からは庭に向かって“離れ”が配されている。
The building construction hangs a roof from on seven warehouses, and enabled it to keep off a rainstorm.
It is the structure with which each warehouse is connected now and which the dwelling and the factory adjoined.
On the other hand from the dwelling, the detached building is allotted toward the yard.
使那個建築構造，從7個倉庫上面掛上(放上)大屋頂，能忍耐風雨。
現在是各個的倉庫被連接，住所和工廠鄰接的結構。
是那個一方面，從住所面向庭園離開被配置。
木造二階建ての離れは、一階の座敷を主にした構造である。
その座敷を構成する素材は、柱と梁に使われる紅葉、
床の間の欅（ケヤキ）と黒柿。
一階天井には屋久杉、二階には一寸欅の格天井。
そして大黒柱には、均一の太さに栽培された一本杉が使われる
The detached building of a wooden two-story building is the structure which mainly carried out the drawing room of the first floor.
The materials which constitute the drawing room are a pillar, the autumnal leaves used for a beam, keyaki of an alcove, and kuro-gaki.
A Yaku cedar tree is used for the first floor ceiling, and there is a coffered ceiling of a keyaki in the second floor just for a moment.
And the Japan cedar grown uniformly is used by the mainstay.
木造二層建築的離開，是主要有一層的客廳的結構。
構成那個客廳的素材，是被用在為柱子和房梁的紅葉和壁龕的光葉櫸樹和?柿子。
房屋久杉被用在一層頂棚，在二樓上(裡)有一寸絲柏的方格形天花板。
並且均一地栽培的杉被用在頂梁柱。
こだわりの素材を用いて、職人が発揮した表現の賜物。
私たちは先人のそれらを受け継ぎ、歴史を鑑みる義務がある。
これは古くからの醸造や建築に限ったことではない。
The craftsman expressed this using the choice material.
We are obligated to inherit them of predecessors and to consider history.
This is not having restricted to longtime brewing and construction.
這，採用講究的素材，手藝人表現。
我們有繼承先人的那些，鑑於歷史的義務。
不是這個只限於來自以前的釀造和建築的。
現代にも職人文化は残り、永く継承し、続けてきた。
そこには、美しい美しい日本文化と心がある。
それは、“正統に、誠実に”、紡いでいくもの。
これからの、わたしたちのもの。
Craftsman culture remained also in the present age, and we had succeeded for a long time and have continued.
There, it is beautiful Japanese culture and soul.
And this is told “sincerely legitimately” at this place.
It will be our property in the future.
現代也留有手藝人文化，我們長的間繼承，繼續。
對那裡，有美麗的日本文化和魂。
因此，那我們，“對正統，向誠實”，傳達。
那是將來，我們的財產。
