融雪の観点から、冬季の積雪が池に落ちるよう、新たな池の中央に軒を出します。これにより庭園入口の開口上部は軒で覆われ、庭の景観は横に長いパノラマになります。この軒の部材にも、かつて高橋家に使われていた古材を用います。７メートル級の古材の大梁を１２センチ角の古材の柱で両端を支えます。それに冬季の雪支えとして中央に９ｃｍ角の柱を新しい部材で取り付けることにしました。

2016年的盂蘭盆會的休假的告知
敝社從13日的星期六到17日的星期三安排盂蘭盆會的休假。我們12日的星期五工作。
我們停止營業中也，按照在電話的諮詢。並且也對應著直接來店的人。商品的發送擁擠被預想。有比平時為報告領受時間的情況都。我們從18日的星期四開始工作。請諒解。

地元、湯沢北中学校から依頼があり、職場体験の受け入れを行いました。総合学習の一環として勤労観や職業観を育成するためのものです。ヤマモでは２日間の受け入れを行い、澱掛け（舟掛け）やラベル押しなどの通常業務の他に大豆畑づくりと岩崎のフィールドワークを行いました。作業工程の感想を佐々木さんと柴田さんに、２日間の職場体験の感想を中山くんに書いていただきました。以下にご紹介したいと思います。

佐々木さん / Sasaki-san

今日はヤマモしょう油にはたらきに来ました。今日たくさんやった仕事はふくろ洗いです。ふくろに水を入れてばしゃばしゃするという仕事で見た目より大変でうでがつかれました。しょう油をつくるだけじゃなくて、ふくろを洗ったり、ラベルはりなどたくさん仕事はあるんだなと思いました。

柴田さん / Shibata-san

今日は、ヤマモしょう油さんに体験に来ました。初めは、作る工程を教えていただきました。とても、たくさんあって作るまで、作り上がるまでは大変なんだなと思いました。また、ふくろ洗いなどをしてみて細かい作業があってしょう油が出来ることが改めて分かりました。普段は食べる側だけど、作るところも見ることが出来て、良かったです。

今回の職場体験を通し、働くことのやりがい、大変さが分かりました。工場では色々な体験をさせてもらい、とても経験になりました。父母はいつもこんなにがんばってお金をかせいでくれているのだと心底感謝しました。また工場の内部で質のよいものにするための工夫が作業の中にたくさんあってとてもすごいと思いました。作業をやる上でもう一つ印象に残ったのが昼食のありがたみです。作業を終え午後になるときに母のべんとうを食べるととてもおいしく、昼食のありがたみが一段と深くなりました。２日間体験学習をさせてくれたヤマモ醤油さん、２日間べんとうをつくってくれた母、そしてその金をかせいでくれた父、みなさんありがとうございました。
