2つの意味。
様々な願いを込める七夕は、
“織姫（織物に始まり、芸事の女神）を祀る”ことと、
“祖先を招くお盆の禊（みそぎ）の行事”
という2つの意味があったそうだ。
私達を取り巻くモノへの感謝や、幸せを願う気持ちは、
七夕にもお盆にも共通していることなのだろう。
古来の日本人の感謝や信仰心には、
細やかな美しさを感じずにはいられない。
七夕飾りは、お盆にも飾っておくことにしよう。



The Star Festival decorations
Two meanings.
I hear that there were two meanings “Orihime (It starts from the cloth, and goddess of traditional Japanese arts) is enshrined” and “Event of ablutions at Bon Festival that invite the ancestor” the Star Festival that puts various wishes.
Feelings that wish thanks and the happiness to the thing to surround us are common at the Star Festival and Bon Festival.
I cannot help feeling the sense of beauty in an old Japanese faith by me.
The Star Festival decorations will be decorated at Bon Festival.

In 2008, it is informed of the Bon vacation

イベントで出店する際に、
できるだけ生花を置くようにしている。
お世話になっている花屋さんが
僕が簡単にアレンジできるよう、
メモを用意してくれた。
雰囲気のある絵に、
花の名や色が書き込まれている。
まごころの詰まったメモは
単なるメモではなく、
僕のたからものになった。

Arrangement memo
Sincerity and Treasure
I am having the flower put as much as possible when opening a store in the event.
The person in the flower shop prepared the memo so that I might easily arrange it.
The name and the color of the flower are written in a polite picture in it.
The memo with which sincerity was blocked became not a mere memo but my treasure.

甘酸っぱさと、懐かしさと。
記憶に強く残る味がある。
過去の出来事を“甘酸っぱい”
と表現することも、その一例だと思う。
この梅の砂糖煮は
実家のおばあちゃんを思い出さずにいられない。
縁側、風鈴、蝉の声、
懐かしい夏の日が蘇る。



材料
青梅・・・・・・・・・・・・・・1kg
グラニュー糖・・・・・・・・・・800g
作り方
①水洗いをしてヘタをとり、針や竹串で20箇所ぐらい突く。
②この梅をとろ火で10分ほど煮、流水でゆっくり冷ます。
③水を張った容器に入れて5,6時間置いておく。その際、水は3,4回交換する。
④鍋でグラニュー糖200gを1カップの水に煮溶かし、梅を敷き詰め残りのグラニュー糖を振り掛け一晩置く。
⑤とろ火にかけて10分煮たら容器に移して冷蔵庫へ入れる。さらに煮詰めたシロップを加えて出来上がり。
Syrup pickle of the plum
With acidity, sweetness, and nostalgia.
The taste might strongly remain in the memory.
It is the one example to express bygones in Japanese, “With acidity and sweetness”.
When I eat this syrup pickle of the plum, I recall my grandma in the parents’ family.
A nostalgic day of summer is recalled.
