屋号の型を置いていった。
何とも嬉しいプレゼントで、この型を使って
これから様々な可能性が広がる。
この真っ白さにも、感情は高まるばかりだ。

The future
Friend’s ceramic artist put the type of the name.
She says, “Happened to pass”.
It was a present indescribably glad.
Various possibilities extend from the use of this type.
Feelings just get excited to this pure white.

たくさんの方々に来店していただき、ありがとうございました。私が先立っての催しは初めてですが、無事に終えることができ嬉しく思っています。参加していただいたお店の方々からもたくさんの応援をいただき、感謝感謝の連続でした。特に場所を提供していただいた学校橋雑貨店さんには非常にお世話になりました。重ね重ね、お礼を言いたいと思います。
ゴヨウキキ茂助は始まったばかりで、今後の予定は未定です。良い時期、良い環境のときに、また出張をしようと思います。ヤマモ共々、これからも宜しくお願い致します。

Thank you for a lot of people’s coming to a store. I am glad to finish holding safely. I got a lot of assistances from the people in the shop in which it had participated. Especially, I am very indebted to Gakkoubashi-zakkaten where the place was offered. Thank you repeatedly.
“Goyoukiki Mosuke” just started. I will hold other these by thinking about time and the environment. My best regards in the future with Yamamo.

朝からの準備となりましたが、通りがかった方々からたくさんの声を掛けていただきました。
A lot of voices were multiplied from people on the way though it became a preparation in the morning.

卓袱台に屋号の入った食器を並べると、どこか懐かしさが感じられました。
Tableware that the name enters the low dining table was displayed. I felt nostalgia somewhere.

お祭りの本番前、開店直後から足を運んでくださったお客様もいらっしゃいました。
The customer who had visited it immediately after opening a store also had come before the real thing of the festival.

陽が落ちた後の店内は、自分の予想と違った表情を見せてくれました。
The inside of a store after the positive had fallen showed an expression different from my expectation.

金タライに流水で冷やした瓶ビールやオレンジジュースは、お祭りには必需品でした。
The bottle beer and the orange juice cooled by the stream were necessaries in the festival.

古いものや歴史があるもの、現在つくり続けているもの、新しいこと。その全てに調和のとれた生活ができればと思います。
The old one. The one with history. Thing that keeps being made now. Be new. Life with which these all harmonize is my target.

閉店後に改めて見た前掛けは何とも言い難いものでした。また出張したいと思います！

－それは、1867年創業ヤマモ味噌醤油醸造元、初代茂助が醸造業を立ち上げる以前の物語。
皆瀬川の橋の袂、岩崎では物流が常に盛んであった。ここでは調味料や生鮮食品を初めとする生活の食料品から、当時贅沢品とされる酒、タバコの嗜好品に至るまでを網羅し、幕末の激動の時代に商人として時代を生き抜こうとした“御用聞き”が存在した。この“御用聞き”こそがヤマモ味噌醤油醸造元の前身である。－
私、七代目はかつての“御用聞き”の記憶を呼び起こし、醸造に従事しながらも、現代にも重宝する“御用聞き”として皆様のお役に立ちたいと考えております。通常はヤマモ内で営業をする予定ですが、各種イベントの際には、出張という形で参加させていただきたいと思います。
この度ご紹介する方々は、日々真面目な仕事を積み重ねてきた方々です。“御用聞き”として彼らの仕事を大変尊敬しております。丁寧な仕事共々、私たちをどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

Information of select shop “Goyoukiki Mosuke” is opened by the festival at the Yokote City Bon festival.
-It is a story before the establishment Yamamo miso soy sauce brewing origin in 1867 and founder Mosuke brewing industry are started up.
Distribution was always active in the sleeve and Iwasaki in the bridge in the Minase river. The luxury goods of sake and the cigarette made a luxury from the food of life of the start of the seasoning and perishable foods at that time was covered here, and “Goyoukiki” that had started living through the age as a merchant in the stirring days of the end of shogunate existed. Only this “Goyoukiki” is an antecedent in the Yamamo miso soy sauce brewing origin.-
I want to help everybody as “Goyoukiki” though the memory before is woken up, and I am engaged in the brewing. It is scheduled to do business in Yamamo usually. I want to participate in various events. The people who introduce it this time are the people who have piled serious work every day. Their work is very respected as “Goyoukiki”. Please continue your favors toward us with work polite.

平成21年度のヤマモのお盆休みは、13日（木）から17日（月）までとなっております。12日（水）まで営業します。

涼しいお盆となっていますが、夏はやっぱりしょうゆの効いた麺類が恋しくなります。

雨模様、青味掛かる。
夏のグラジオラスの鮮やかな色味。
あいにくの雨模様で寒色にさえ見える。
しかしながら、そこに切なさや儚さが宿る。
天の色、心の色。
しっとりと網膜に訴える。

Gladiolus
Scenery becomes blue in the rainy sky.
The summer flower gladiolus does a vivid color.
The vividness becomes blue because of the weather of rain.
However, it thinks of painful and transience there.
Color of heaven and color of mind.
It appeals softly to the retina.
