想いをかたちに。

正月明けに一本の電話があった。
「内祝いを用意してもらえませんか。」

二田さん（旦那様）は熱い想いをお持ちの方で、
様々なところを検討し、
ヤマモを選んでくださったようだ。
メッセージや商品内容、パッケージと
打ち合わせを重ね、今回の形に至った。

いよいよの納品時、
｢自作のメッセージカードも添えてお届けしようと思います。｣
と、笑顔で言う二田さんの心配りは、
それこそ、たくさんの幸せをもたらすのだろう。

Celebration goods_Mr.Futada

冬の歯ごたえ。
秋田に帰ってきてからは、
古くからの伝統食やシンプルな食べ物が好きになった。
冬は、食べることが他の季節よりも楽しく感じる。
スキーの昼食で食べたカレーも、かまくらで食べた汁物も。
つめたい雪とあったかい食べ物の、温度の記憶が蘇る。
冬の根菜の歯ごたえを感じながら、
懐かしい冬の味覚を思い出していた。

材料
牛蒡・・・・・・・・・・・・・・1本
片栗粉・・・・・・・・・・・・・適量
あま塩しょうゆ・・・・・・・・・適量
酒・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・適量
白ごま・・・・・・・・・・・・・適量
作り方
①牛蒡をたわしで良く洗い、5㎜くらいの薄切りにする。
②酢水にさらしアク抜きをする。
③よく水気をきって片栗粉をまぶし、160度の油で少し色付くまで揚げる。
④しょうゆ、酒を適量まぶし、白ゴマをふりかけて出来上がり。
（同じく冬の根菜、蓮根でもおいしくできます。）

I came to like tradition food from old and simple food after it had come back to Akita.
It is felt that eating are happier than other seasons in winter.
Curry ate after skiing. Soup eats with kamakura. These are my memories.
I recalled the food in childhood while feeling the texture of the root vegetable of winter.

吹雪のあとに。
冬は夜に天気が荒れることが多い。
雪国の人は、心配を抱えながら夜を過ごすことがある。
僕は昨晩の吹雪にも、気を揉んでいた。
朝を迎え、いつもの出荷のため、外に出る。
やはり、天候のことが気になる。
と同時に、外のP箱に昨日の吹雪を物語るような
雪が付いていることに気が付く。
それを、綺麗だな、なんて単純に思ってしまうから、
僕は雪国に居られるのかもしれない。

P box on the outside
After the snowstorm.
The weather often gets rough a snowy country at night.
I worried about last night’s snowstorm.
I went out for the usual shipment in the morning.
The snow that tells the snowstorm to a colorful P box adheres.
It might be in the snowy country because I think it to be beautiful.

何気ない、シアワセ。
家族でいつもする食事、近しい関係の人たちとワイワイやる食事。
楽しい食卓の節々で耳にする言葉、「しょうゆ取って。」
僕は“醤油屋のセガレ”のくせに、この言葉をみすみす聞き逃していた。
卓上瓶があの人この人を経由して、必要とする人に届くこと。
こんな何気ないあったかさって、他にあっただろうか。
せめて卓上瓶の中の醤油は、
“いつもいっぱいにしておこう”、なんて思った。

Soy sauce of desk-top bottle
Nonchalant happiness.
There are a meal always done in the family and a meal made the people with a good relations.
We often hear word “The soy sauce is removed” at a happy meal.
I heard and was missing this word in spite of the son in the soy sauce shop.
A desk-top bottle must reach the person who needs it from the person through the person.
Besides, is there such nonchalant warmth?
It at least thought the soy sauce in a desk-top bottle to be “I will always fill it”.
