願いの灯り 点灯式 2011を終えて
多くの方のご来場、ご協力をいただき、点灯式は予想以上の盛況振りで終わることができました。イヴェントの手応えや実感は、時間の経過とともに訪れ、いま正に噛みしめているところです。また駅通り商店街の皆様には献身的な協力をしていただき、感謝しております。僕たちだけでは、ここまでくることはできませんでした。本当にありがとうございました。以下に当日の様子を綴ります。

自分は点灯式と同時に放送されていたFMのオリジナル番組を持ち回りとしていました。いよいよ式の準備のために外に出ると、様々な世代の嬉しい人だかりができていました。

FMスタジオのUSTREAMのカメラからも式を待つ人たちの様子が伺えました。複数のカメラの存在は、同一の物事を視るいくつかの視点です。僕の目では追うことのできなかった式の様子が分かってきました。井川さん、配信いつもありがとうございます。

七夕の願いと街興しへの願い。その両方の願いの灯りが小町娘によってもたらされます。暗転した商店街に現れた小町娘の厳かな登場は、想像以上に幻想的な光景となりました。

リレー形式で世代の灯を繋いだ後は、小さなお子様が花火を楽しみに来てくれました。自分も七夕まつりの思い出として、家族の花火の風景が蘇ってきます。そういった体験が世代を超えて紡いでいくことも、このイヴェントの目的です。そして3.11以降、こういったことが最大の財産なのだと思っています。

式の後には商店街と行政の方からあたたかいお言葉をいただきました。たくさんの団体を巻き込み、ここまでこれるとは、正直僕たち三人は思ってもいませんでした。あらためて、快く協力していただいたことに感謝致します。ありがとうございました。

パーソナリティの高橋あきよさんとは魁新聞社や湯沢市報の記者の方とのメディアミックス対談をしていただきました。これからのメディアの在り方は、秋田にいても中央に劣らない早さや効果を生み出すことができることだと思います。

若い人たちでまわしていくこと。若い世代の感性でつくりあげていくこと。歴史ある祭りのなかであるからこそ、それは光り輝くのだと思います。世代間で譲り、譲られ、僕たちは成長していくのです。

WEBを介して僕たちの活動の拡声器のような役割をしてくれるのが麻生孝一郎です。彼はプログラマーではありますが、そこにとどまらず、新しい概念を常に取り込んでいます。いちはやく情報を手に入れ、既存の概念から脱し、新たな取り組みをはじめる。そのフットワークの軽さが、彼の最大の魅力なのです。
It is Koichiro Aso to do the role like the loudspeaker of our activity through WEB. He is a programmer, and not only there but also a new concept is always taken. It gets a piece of information promptly, it escapes from an existing concept, and a new approach is started. The lightness of the footwork is his maximum charm.
イヴェント翌日の夜、ひとりで商店街を歩いてみました。僕たちの活動は一体どのように見られているのだろうか、と。今では７店舗の協力を得て、かつてシャッターがあったところには絵どうろうが明々と灯り、街を照らしていました。

湯沢三大祭り、七夕絵どうろう祭りの行われる駅通りに空き店舗が増え、かつての灯りが灯らなくなったのはいつからなのでしょう。それを誰よりも危惧していたのが商店街に住む、飯塚康という男だと思います。この活動やイヴェントがひとまずの成功を収めることができたのは、彼の熱意以外の何者でもありません。通りに並ぶ絵どうろうがこんなにも素晴らしく、僕たちの住む街の進むべき道を照らしてくれるとは、想像ができませんでした。この活動を期に、他の空き店舗や、商店街に願いの灯りが飛び火していくことを期待しています。
そしていま、僕たちはこの活動の終着駅を考えています。それは、絵どうろうを今まで以上に大切にすることによって利益が生まれ、街に活気が戻ってくる仕組みをつくることです。この点灯式は、はじまりであり、街興しへの狼煙でもあります。 これからも僕たちでできることを、自分たちの歩みでしっかりとつくりあげていきたいと思います。たくさんの方のご来場、ご協力、本当にありがとうございました。そしてこれから行われる七夕絵どうろう祭りを、街のみなさんで楽しみましょう。

願いの灯り 点灯式 2011開催のお知らせ
“絵どうろうの街”として活動をはじめ、駅通り商店街の空き店舗の３分の１に当たる、６店舗の開店が決まりました。それらを受け、各店舗に絵どうろうが灯り、シャッター街から脱却していくことをセレモニーとして祝うことになりました。「願いの灯り 点灯式 2011」は今週末の土曜日にFMゆーとぴあ前を歩行者天国、メイン会場にして行われます。また、オリジナルのFM番組とUSTREAMを同時に配信し、また、魁新聞社の取材も受けるというメディアミックスも行います。街興しと七夕に願いを込め、街のみなさんで楽しみながら、祝うことができれば幸いです。
Information of holding Lighting ceremony 2011 of the light of the wish.
Six stores newly cooperated in us. This number is about 1/3 of the close stores in the shopping street. It will be celebrated to distribute the picture lantern to each store, and to get rid of the shutter street as a ceremony. “Lighting ceremony 2011 of the light of the wish.” makes the FM yu-topia front the pedestrian precinct and a main venue of the event on Saturday in the end of this week and is done. Moreover, the media mix of delivering an original FM program and USTREAM at the same time, and receiving the coverage of the Sakigake newspaper is done. It would be greatly appreciated if the wish could be put in development and the Star Festival of the town, and it celebrate while enjoying it by everybody in the town.
当日は様々な企画が目白多しです。お客様参加型のイヴェントで、来年以降も継続できるものにしたいと思い、考えたものです。たくさんの方にいらしていただきたいと思います。

商店街に属する飯塚とは、資料をつくり、各物件を廻ったり、大家さんに挨拶をしたり、状況の把握と寸法を測ったりと、地元の情報を細かく吸い上げることからはじめました。彼の地道な努力とプロジェクトに掛ける想いは、相当のものがあります。

自分のつくったポスターが街に貼られ、告知の効果を発揮していくのは、何だか不思議なものでした。これまでに何度かイヴェントには携わっているのですが、これだけの社会貢献と応援を受けたものは、かつてないからです。
The poster that I made was pasted to the town, and it was mysterious somehow to demonstrate the effect of the notification. I am involved in the event several times so far. However, there was no one that the contribution to society and the assistance only of this were received.
飯塚、孝一郎と男三人で花火５本と織姫と彦星にちなんで無料ペア宿泊チケットの抽選券を兼ねた七夕の短冊をつくりました。当日に３００円で販売します（浴衣の方は１００円）。３００セットを手作業でつくるのは地道で時間のかかるものでしたが、僕たちの希望を乗せたものでもあります。また、ここで利益の構造をつくらなければ、助成金のない来年度以降は厳しい運営にならざるを得ません。そういう意味でも、この商品は僕たちの夢が詰まっているのです。
Iizuka, Koichiro, and I made the strip of paper of the Star Festival that combined the lot ticket of five fireworks and the free pair staying tickets. It sells it for 300 yen on that day (The person who wears the yukata sells it for 100 yen). It is the one that our hope was put though it was an honest, time-consuming one that makes 300 sets from the hand work. Moreover, if the structure of the profit is not made here, it cannot help becoming severe management since the coming year without the subsidy. As for such a meaning, our dream is blocked in this commodity.
絵どうろうの制作風景も取材にいきました。若い方々の熱意溢れる現場。そのクオリティは年々上がってきていると聞きました。このプロジェクトに深く関わっている自分が、制作する人たちの現状を知らずに居たことを恥じました。湯沢にはこうした文化に根差した郷土愛が息づいているのです。
The production scenery of the picture lantern was effective in coverage, too. Sites of young people where zeal overflows. The quality was heard going up every year. It was ashamed for me who was deeply related to this project not to know current states of the people who produced and to have existed. There is a love of one’s home province that takes root in such a culture in Yuzawa.
そのような想いを込めて絵どうろうを見ると、全く異なったことが見えてきます。やはり、この街の持つ魅力は、元々あるものに磨きをかけることからはじめるべきだと思いました。美人画の流派や絵どうろうの保存方法、それはもはやアートの領域であり、そこに多くの可能性があると僕は思います。

Still, I thought that I had to start the charm of this town from polishing the one that was originally. I think that the preservation method and that of the sect and the picture lantern of the beautiful woman picture are already the areas of the art, and have dozen possibilities there.
メディアミックスと自己配信が今回の企画のキーワードです。多くの場面を中継、配信し、少しでも多くの方に見ていただくこと。そして僕たちは包み隠さず、素直にこのイヴェントを明らかにして活動していきたいと思います。また、そうすることにより今後の街のイヴェントや企画に対して、影響を与えていきたいと思いました。

And, we want not to conceal, to clarify this event obediently, and to act. I wanted to influence the event and the project of the town of the future again by doing so.
配信をする度に、その効果やレスポンスがあり、自分たちも楽しみながら活動することができています。また過去の放送をアーカイヴすることの重要性も知りました。制作者と視聴者の双方向でものができあがる時代に、まさに直面していると感じています。

店舗を開けるだけではなく、実際にそこで営業をすること。僕はそこにこだわりました。シャッター街からの脱却という強いテーマは利益を生むところまでいって、はじめて成功であると。そいった意識をお客様に理解していただいて街の活動をしていくこと。メディアミックスによる効果はそこに一番発揮されるべきです。コンセプトを持った活動と、理解ある消費者との双方向の理解による利益の仕組み。僕はそれに真剣に取り組むべきだと考えています。点灯式はこの街でのはじめての試みではありますが、七夕まつりに一足早く、ぜひ楽しいものにして、地元の皆さんでつくりあげていきたいと思います。みなさんのご参加、ご協力、よろしくお願い致します。

秋田湯沢 絵どうろうの街 – Town of Garden Lantern -について
地元の同級生、飯塚康（平和電業社）と麻生孝一郎（麻生商店）と改めて知り合ってから、「こうあったらいいな、こうしていったらいいな」という話をするうちに、その想いをネーミングとロゴにして商店街に所属する飯塚に送ってみました。すると彼の返事は企画書という思いも寄らないかたちで返ってきました。ひょんなきっかけから2人ではじめたことではありますが、間もなく助成金が付き、協力団体を取り付け、先日、孝一郎を加えてWEBのかたちにしました。活動内容はFacebook、イヴェント中継はUSTREAMという２本のコンテンツで発信します。そしてこれからは夏の七夕絵どうろう祭りに付随したイヴェントも起こし、活動をしていきたいと思います。
Infomation of Akita Yuzawa Town of Garden Lantern.
It got acquainted with the classmate, Yasushi Iizuka (company of Heiwa industry）) in local, and Koichiro Aso (Aso shop）). We were telling the story of the wish to the town. I sent it to Iizuka who made the desire naming it and a logo and belonged to the shopping street. Then, his answer came back in the shape of proposal not unexpected. It is an activity that begins to appear from such two person chance. It crowded and the subsidy would adhere to the activity soon, and the cooperation group was installed. And, WEB was made adding Koichiro. The content of the activity is announced with Facebook. The event is relaid with USTREAM. Send it by two contents. And, in the future, I will think that I want to plan of the event that accompanies Tanabata Piture Lantern Festival of summer.
この活動は地元湯沢の駅前商店街の閉鎖店舗を開け、絵どうろうを配して店舗情報を促し、地方シャッター街から脱却し、文化を継承して街を興そうというものです。まずは各団体や民間から絵どうろうを集めるところからはじまり、今では大家に「閉鎖した店舗に絵どうろうを展示できないか」と交渉しています。これまでの結果、7月中旬で閉鎖店舗の３分の１である６店舗が参加を決めてくれました。湯沢の三大祭りである七夕絵どうろう祭りの前に、街を彩る店舗が増えてくれたことを嬉しく思っています。

Because the picture lanterns are first collected from each group and the private organization, the start is better. It negotiates with the landlord if the picture lantern cannot be exhibited in the closed store now. As a result of the situation to date, six stores that 1/3 of the close stores in the middle of July participated. I think increasing of the number of stores where the town is composed before the festival of the Tanabata Picture Lantern of a three major festival of Yuzawa to be glad.
そしてこれからは６店舗の点灯を祝うイヴェント「願いの灯り 点灯式 2011」が控えています。七夕への願い、街興しへの願いを込め、みんなで新たな６店舗の絵どうろうの点灯を祝いましょう。当日はFMゆーとぴあ前を会場にし（歩行者天国にします）、絵どうろうと小町娘との撮影会や絵どうろうを提供してくれた須川小学校と翔北高校の生徒さんたちと厳かに花火をします。また年に一度の巡り会わせにちなみ、小安温泉郷のペア宿泊チケットの抽選会もあります。点灯式やイヴェントの様子を地元FMラジオ局とオリジナルの番組を生放送し、USTREAMと双方向のメディアミックスで伝えていこうとしています。点灯式までは週３回のラジオ出演（月、水、金曜日午前11時半頃から）と秋田魁新聞の告知で進捗状況をお知らせしていきたいと思います。こちらの“みんじゃ”でもお伝えしていきますので、ぜひ覗いていただきたいと思います。

“ゴヨウキキ茂助・カフェ”の出店を終えて
雪国・秋田の七夕絵どうろうまつりも、他の地域と変わらず記録的な猛暑となりました。外に出るのが億劫になるような暑さの中、多数の方々にご来店していただき、本当に嬉しく思っております。地元で初めて企画したイヴェントですので、どのような反応がいただけるのか、直前までわくわくして臨ませていただきました。蓋を開けてみると、私の予想以上に様々な世代の方にご利用していただけました。このような思いをすることができたのは、やはりこの建物の持つ普遍的な魅力の仕業なのでしょう。
相応しい機会が再びあるのであれば、私のどうしようもなく重たい腰でも、また上げてみようかと思っております。皆様のご来店、ありがとうございました。
The branch shop of “Goyoukiki Mosuke Caffe” is finished.
In the intense heat that exceeds 35 degrees and a lot of people come to a store every day, and I think that I am really glad. It was an event that I had planned for the first time in local of me. It was exciting though it did not know what reaction you were able to get. It is thought that various generations were able to use it more than my expectation. It is because a universal charm is still in this building.
Moreover, it is thought that it wants to provide service that everybody can be satisfied if there is a chance. Thank you for coming to a store.
セットメニューのご注文を多くいただきました。ひとつひとつが力のある商品ですが、参加していただいた方々の商品を併せて堪能できる、よい機会であったと思います。
The order for the set menu was increased. Each one is a powerful commodity. I think that this cafe was a chance that the commodity of a unique store can be used together.
来店したお客様には連日の猛暑の中でも足を運んでいただき、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいになりました。会場の酒造会館は、最初から最後まで、暑い熱いカフェとなりました。
A lot of customers came to a store though it was hot every day. The brewing hall in the hall became a hot cafe from first to last.
様々な世代のお客様がいらっしゃいましたが、中でも同年代の方が多く、気さくに話しかけていただきました。同い年特有の共感できるところが多く、この感覚は不思議で興味深いものでした。
Various generations’ customer came. It talked to many especially, and more candid same age group. I thought that the same age, peculiar sense had much in common. It was still mysterious and interesting.
このとき、この場所に合った音楽をかけられるように心掛けておりました。ノスタルジックでありながら新鮮さを失わない、そのような空間には音楽の力が必要不可欠だと考えています。
It was possible to listen to the music that was suitable for this place at this time. I wanted to make it to the sense that did not lose freshness though it was nostalgic. It is thought that the power of music is also necessary for it.
世代を超えて感覚的に触れ合うことができるのは、こういった非日常の空間での出来事ということが大きな要因のひとつでしょう。特に下の世代の感覚には、ささやかでも何かが残って欲しいと思います。
It was possible to touch in the sense exceeding the generation. The event in the space in such non-daily life might be the reason. Especially, even if it is small, something wants you to remain in nether generation’s sense.
左から紅玉の高橋さん、3MLの井上さん、casane･tsumugu -かさね・つむぐ-の田宮さん*。新しい繋がり、交流、はじまりの場となれたことも、大きな大きな収穫でした。
It introduces the people in the photograph. Mr. Takahashi of Kougyoku. Mr. Inoue of 3ML. Mr. Tamiya of casane･tsumugu. This cafe became the place of a new connection and the exchange and the start.
酒造会館を見るためにお越しいただいた方も多く見受けられました。受け売りではありますが、建物の細部の説明をしながらの接客というのは、私にとって貴重な経験となりました。
Coming to see the brewing hall also came a lot. Serving of the explanation of the detail in the building became a precious lesson for me.
出店者の方々にスタッフになっていただきました。自らモノを生み出しており自身の商品の説明ができる、という私の理想とするメンバーでした。本当に楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。皆様、ありがとうございました。
Tenants became staff and it worked. They are the people who are inventing the commodity. Therefore, they can explain own commodity. They were members of my ideal. I was going to spend really happy time. Thank you for everybody.
