昨年末、大曲商工会議所で行われた「車座ふるさとトーク」にて意見交換を行いました。政府高官が定期的に市民と意見交換を行う場で、今回のテーマは「地域未来投資の促進」についてでした。相樂東北経産局長も同席され総勢12名で話が進みました。
市民から発言があり、それらを受けた中でご説明いただいた政府の取組としては、繋がりによって新たな付加価値を産業に生み出すコネクテッドインダストリーとビッグデータを公表する地域経済分析システム（ＲＥＳＡＳ）、事業承継を進めるための大規模な規制緩和などをご説明いただきました。
会の終了後、西銘副大臣とお話をさせていただいたのですが、非常にフレンドリーで気さくな方で、早い時代の流れの中で何をすべきか考えておられるといった印象でした。

しかしこの状態は健全で、そういったエッジの効いた都市の集合体が国家であるから特徴があり、より良い国へと向かうのです。
東北は積雪もあり日本の他地域に比べ生産性が乏しくなる時期があります。それらを踏まえ、どのような地域が連携しコンセプトを打ち立てていくのか。そして日本のローカルの連携先として東欧や北欧の都市があって良いのです。弊社はその中で産業と観光の両面で機能しながらも、日本のローカルがそのような状態に向かうことを期待しています。
