このたび肉味噌をALL NATURAL製品にリニューアルいたしました。すべて国産の自然原料を使い、無添加、手づくりで仕上げました。
発酵熟成の行程は、糀由来の糖分を資化して独特の香りとコクを醸成します。このコクに長期熟成の価値を見出しており、そこに甘味を補うことで熟成感を味わえるものとしております。まずは熟成三年のコクを“そのままごはん”でお試しください。また、炒め物に加えていただくと本格的な味に仕上がります。ネギ、ショウガ、にんにくなどの薬味を加えますと、さらにおいしくいただけます。
また、製品のALL NATURAL化に伴い価格の改訂を行いました。ご理解をいただきたいと思います。これからもヤマモの製品をよろしくお願いいたします。
原料 : 三年熟成米味噌、秋田県内産豚肉、甜菜糖、本みりん、純米酒、赤穂の塩、胡椒(原材料の一部に大豆を含む)

I remodeled meat fermented soybean paste in a product of ALL NATURAL this time. All these goods are without additives and homemade using a domestic natural raw material.
Fermented maturity makes the peculiar fragrance and taste using sugar of Koji. I’m thinking this taste is worth long maturity. A maturity sense can be enjoyed by making sweets up there. Please try the taste of the maturity for three years by “just as it is, rice” first. It builds into the taste which is real when I receive, as well as a stir-fry. When condiments of leek, ginger and garlic are added, I can receive better.
The price has been revised with a renewal of a product. I’d like to receive understanding for a customer. Also please take care of a product of YAMAMO now.

Material: Three year maturity rice fermented soybean paste, pork made in in Akita-ken, sugar beet sugar, this sweet rice cooking wine, pure rice wine, Akaho’s salt and pepper (Soybeans are included in the part of the raw material.)
