これらは近くの皆瀬川の伏流水である。
夏に冷たく、冬に温かいという特徴を持ち、
醸造だけでなく生活用水にも、この水を用いる。
普段、何気なく使ってはいるが、
能恵姫伝説が語り継がれる皆瀬川の水は
この地の命の源であることは、間違いない。

This water is used for not only the brewing but also daily life water.
It casually uses it usually.
The water of the Minase river where the Noehime legend is handed down is a source of the life of this ground.
