    庭園やカフェ、ギャラリーなどの整備を進め、醸造蔵だけではなく、蔵元自体にコンテンツを積層させることでツアーを充実させる取り組みを進めて参りました。Viamver酵母(特許出願中)の発見をきっかけに国内外のシェフや研究者のチームによるプロジェクト“ASTRONOMICA”を醸成し、木樽の並ぶ諸味蔵でペアリングのスタートとなる酵母発酵肉と季節の果物を合わせたアペリティヴとファーストドリンクを召し上がっていただく事にしました。体験価値を事前に伝えるには、プロモーションヴィデオの形式が最もふさわしいと考え、玄関から諸味蔵までの長回しの撮影でその世界観を伝える事にしました。各スタッフと連携し、蔵の環境や働く姿を反映させています。ぜひ、ご覧いただきたいと思います。

    About “YAMAMO FACTORY TOUR with PAIRING STARTER” Promotion Video
