海外展開を進めるに当たり、秋田味噌のネーミングとパッケージの変更を行いました。以前のデザインは秋田県味噌醤油工業協同組合で複数社共通でつくられたものであり、ノスタルジックなデザインは秋田味噌らしさもあるのですが、弊社オリジナルの要素が少ないものでした。過去に業界の皆さんでパッケージに取り組んだことに敬意を払いつつも、弊社の考えを製品に反映したいと思います。

　

About YAMAMO MISO

In promoting overseas development, we made naming of Akita miso and changed packages. The previous design was made by Akita Prefecture Miso Soy Sauce Industry Cooperative Association in common by several companies, the nostalgic design also has Akita Miso-like appearance, but our original elements were few. While paying respect to what we did in the past in the industry, we would like to reflect our ideas in our products.

在促進海外發展的過程中，我們對秋田味噌進行了命名並改變了包裝。 之前的設計是由秋田縣味噌醬油工業合作社協會共同製作的幾家公司，懷舊的設計也有秋田味噌般的外觀，但我們原來的元素很少。 在尊重我們過去在行業中所做的事情的同時，我們希望在我們的產品中反映我們的想法。

　　

　

フィルムメーカーと打ち合わせを重ね、業界初の発砲素材を採用しました。また表面には空気層のあるエンボス加工を施し、断熱とバリア性能を大幅に上げ、海外輸送に十分耐え得るパッケージとなっております。発砲素材は透明ではないため、形状はスタンディングタイプを採用し、底のマチの部分から製品の色味が見られるようにしています。

　

We repeated discussions with film makers and adopted the industry’s first foam material. In addition, the surface is embossed with an air layer, greatly enhances insulation and barrier performance, and it is a package that can withstand overseas transport sufficiently. Since the foaming material is not transparent, the shape adopts a standing type, so that the color of the product can be seen from the bottom gusset portion.

仕込の度に製品の改良を加えており、本製品は平成３０年度全国味噌工業協同組合連合会長賞を受賞いたしました。リンゴの香りが特徴的な当蔵の蔵付酵母のはたらきを活発にしたことと低塩分でバランスのとれた味わいを評価していただいたようです。新しくなった「YAMAMO MISO」をどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

It seems that you evaluated the taste balanced with low salinity by acting the function of our yogic yeast with characteristic apple scent.
