仕事で海外に出る機会が増えていますが、外の世界を知れば知るほど、探究心が沸いてきます。古くから東西文化の入り混じる国、トルコ。多様な食文化や伝統工芸品。豊かな色彩感覚。調味料を媒介にして、文化を学んできたいと思います。

Luckily, I have several opportunities to go outside of Japan. The more I see and know, the more I crave for new experience. Turkey is where western and eastern culture is mixed.
