シンガポール農水産物・食品輸出ミッションのため、３０日からシンガポールへ渡航します。他国の文化を感じる度に触発され、よりよいパフォーマンスを発揮したいという思いに駆られます。
引き合いの多かったタイでの商談会を踏まえ、今回は、ご紹介するアイテムをできるだけ増やしました。また、多くのそれらを支えるため、アメニティのヴァージョンアップにも取り組んでいます。外国の方からいただく意見を自分なりに落とし込み、それをまた別の国で披露することは非常に興味深く、また、それを熱のあるうちに展開できることを幸せに思います。
自分は伝統産業の従事者です。その自覚はありながら、刺激的でスピード感のある“いま”の環境で生まれる感覚が、好きで仕方がありません。この身で、アジア有数の都市国家の風を感じてきたいと思います。
