今年も雪の深い秋田県、湯沢。

冬の天候は時に、人の行動や感情を左右する。

その、どこか不自由だと思う環境が、

雪国の人を、ものづくりに向かわせることがある。

舞い落ちる雪で澄んだ空気も、

皆瀬川からの地下水の温度も、

あるものを利用して、あるものに感謝して。

雪深い真冬でも、穏やかに流れるこの川のよう、

それは、だんだんと、だんだんと、つくられてゆく。
