一年に一度の仕込みの季節が始まる。
毎年味わう高揚感。不安が無いと言えば嘘になる。
この仕事でほぼ一年が決まる。
原料にも菌にも自分にも、様々なことに相対する。
作業の一つ一つに、願いにも似た気持ちが入る。
気持ちだけで、うまくいかないことは分かっているけど、
気持ちが入らなければ、うまくいかないことがある。
この皮肉と矛盾を孕みながら、作業は続いていく。

Brewing beginning
I am a workman.
The season of a brewing once starts in one year.
It thinks of both of hopes and fears.
It is because almost one year is decided this working.
We note variety like the raw material, the bacterium, and the temperature, etc.
The wish is put in each one of work.
It might not go well if there are no feelings though things do not go well only by feelings.
Work continues though there is contradiction.
