仕込蔵の巨人。
NK缶は原料を洗ったり、浸漬したり、
煮たり、蒸したりする醸造機械だ。
様々な醸造機械の中でも、
まるで巨人のように、
無骨でどっしりと構える様が印象的だ。
かつて、この巨人を使いこなせるようになることが、
自分の目標でもあった。
今ではこの巨人を従え、より良いものをつくりたいと思う。
