　第5回目となる日本酒蔵元サミット。出店する各蔵元は、回を重ねるごとに反響と手応えを感じているようです。

「焦香」に漬け込む５種の食材の１つ“セージ”を乾燥させたものです。干すことで香りを閉じ込めます。

漬け込んだ状態です。閉じ込められた香りが醤油に移り込みます。
（前回のイベントでは早々に売切れてしまい、大変ご迷惑をおかけしました。「焦香」は漬け込み素材の収穫出来高が製造本数となっております。今回もたくさんのご用意はできませんでしたが、ご理解のほど宜しくお願いします。）
