新政の祐輔さんとは互いに家業を継いでから交流を始め、年数回ではありますが継続的にお会いしてきました。二人で本当に多くのことをお話してきたように思います。祐輔さんの体調悪化から回復の時も、私が社内で難しい判断を迫られた時も、意見交換を続けてきました。今回の弊社ギャラリーのオープンにあたり、いよいよ多くの方の前でお話する機会を設けました。

I have been interacting with Yusuke of the new government since I succeeded in my family business and I have been seeing you continuously on a few times a year. I think that they talked about so many things. Even at the time of recovery from Yusuke ‘s physical condition deterioration, I have continued to exchange opinions even when I was forced to make difficult judgments within the company. In opening our gallery this time, we have set up opportunities to speak in front of many people. Personally there are things that are very emotional.

本村さんのファシリテーションにより、まずは私と祐輔さんの出会いからこれまでの経緯、現在の活動とこれから考えていることまで、両者を対比する形で話を引き出していきました。その時その時の感覚や時代意識によって物事を判断し、それがどのように製品やサーヴィスとして業界や社会にアウトプットすべきなのか。そこには個人の美意識が意思決定の大きな部分を占めています。美学を他者と共有していくことは、積極的に行うものではないため、公開のディスカッションは稀な機会になったのだと思います。
Based on Mr. Motomura’s facilitation, I first took a story from the encounter of Mr. Yusuke and Mr. Mr. Yusuke to the past, comparing the current activities and what I am thinking. At that time judge things by the sense of the time and consciousness of the times, how should it output to the industry and society as a product or service? The individual aesthetic sense occupies a large part of decision making there. I think that this discussion was a rare opportunity because it is not actively to sharing aesthetic sense with others.
根據本村先生的協助，我首先講述了祐輔先生和祐輔先生遇到過去的故事，比較了當前的活動和我的想法。 當時通過時間感和時代意識判斷事物，如何作為產品或服務輸出到行業和社會？ 個人審美意識佔據了決策的很大一部分。 我認為這次討論是一個難得的機會，因為它並沒有積極地與他人分享美感。
これまで弊社で行ってきた、参加者の皆様と共につくり上げるディスカッションだけではなく、シェフによるお料理と希少酒をいただきながら行うイヴェントは、初めての連続でした。料理の準備やスタッフのオペレーションまで、多くの現場のアイディアや場のひらめきで設営が進んでいきました。金曜日の開催にも関わらず、東京や仙台からお越しいただいた方も多く、お料理やお酒を余すことなくご提供することができました。
複数回クリエイティヴセッションにご参加されている方からは、「今回が最も参加しやすく、話の内容も提供された食事も素晴らしいものだった」と評価をいただきました。今後もご参加された皆様に、知的で美味しい場のご提供を考えていきたいと思います。ご参加いただいた皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

Not only the discussion that we have been doing with us but also the discussion that we make with the participants, the event to do with the chef’s cooking and rare sake was the first time in a row. From the preparation of dishes and the operation of staff, the installation advanced with many ideas of the worksite and the inspiration of the place. Despite holding on Friday, many people who came from Tokyo and Sendai, we were able to offer cooking and alcohol without any surprises.
From those who participated in the creative session more than once, I was evaluated that “this time was the easiest to join and the meals provided the content of the talk was wonderful”. I would like to consider offering an intelligent and tasty place to everyone who will participate in the future. Everyone who participated, thank you very much.
