一昨年前の中北米の旅でデトロイト、ブルックリン、マイアミ、メキシコ、グアテマラ、コスタリカに入り込んだことがきっかけとなり、このプロジェクトの構想を練りはじめます。基幹産業が荒廃し、財政破綻したデトロイトの再生は、ゲリラ的アーティストの独善的な活動からでした。また識字率の低いグアテマラで社会を機能させていたのも、アートの存在でした。さらに、ブルックリンの都市開発チームは、このアートとデザインを機能的に融合させることによって、圧倒的都市形成をさせております。
このように究極的な状況で、産業はその回復に貢献することができません。だからこそ、それを理解し、アートに一定の態度をとることが産業の成熟を意味します。そのため、いつの時代も産業はアートを求め、認識し、融合していくのです。その想いを込めた活動が”I.L.A.（Industry Loves Art）”となります。
About I.L.A.（Industry Loves Art）
In the middle North America trip before 2 years ago, I got into Detroit, Brooklyn, Miami, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and this project’s idea began. The regeneration of Detroit that the core industry was devastated and the fiscal collapse was due to the self-righteous activities of guerrilla artists. It was also the presence of art that made society function with Guatemala with a low literacy rate. In addition, the urban development team of Brooklyn makes an overwhelming urban formation by functionally blending this art and design.
In this ultimate situation, the industry can not contribute to its recovery, understanding it and taking a certain attitude to art means industrial maturity. For that reason, industry always seeks, recognizes and fuses art. The activity with that feeling is “I.L.A. (Industry Loves Art)”.

在2年前的北美中游之旅中，我進入底特律，布魯克林，邁阿密，墨西哥，危地馬拉，哥斯達黎加，這個項目的想法開始了。底特律再生，核心產業遭到破壞，財政崩潰是由於游擊隊藝術家的自以為是的活動。藝術的存在也使得社會在危地馬拉的識字率很低。此外，布魯克林的城市發展團隊通過功能性融合藝術和設計，形成了壓倒性的城市形態。
在這種最終形勢下，行業無法為其複蘇做出貢獻，理解它並對藝術採取一定的態度意味著工業的成熟。出於這個原因，工業界總是尋求，認可和融合藝術。那種感覺的活動是“I.L.A.（行業愛藝術）”。

世界に産業が生まれる前、私たちの多くは個の欲望を追求していた。
それは衣食住の根源的なところから、音や色を塗り重ねていく感覚的なところまで。
その中でいつしか生まれた集団の営みである産業は、生活や人生の主軸となった。
“Industry Loves Art” 「産業は芸術に恋をする」
私たちのアートへの恋心は淡く、現代では実り辛いものかもしれない。
それでも生活の主となった産業は、掴みきれない芸術を追い求め、共存する未来を描く。
そして有機的なアートは夏の日の恋物語ではない。
それは世界の感覚を解かし、ときに時代をひとつにし、
しかしそれは汚らわしく、だから儚く、独善的な愛、そのもの。
圧倒的に私たちは、一方的に恋をするのだ。
産業はアートに恋をしている。
I.L.A.
Before industry was born, many of us pursued our desires individually,
which ranged from the fundamental needs of clothing, food and shelter,
to the sensual aspects such as accumulation of sounds and repainting of colors.
Somewhere along the way, industries were born,
and then became the core of the people’s everyday life and their whole lives.
“Industry Loves Art”
Our love for art may be faint, and in the modern age, even unfruitful.
Industries, which in spite of this became the core of our lives, draw a future of coexistence.
The organic art is not some love story of a summertime, either.
It melts the world’s senses, at times uniting the times but also disgracing.
Because if is so, it is precisely a self-righteous love.
We are, undeniably, the ones to love. That is, industry lives art.

在工業誕生之前，我們許多人追求個人慾望。
它是從食物，衣服和住所的基本點到聲音和顏色重疊的感官地方。

かつての名士たちは、地域で文化芸術を推奨し、その連帯や文化的に豊かな暮らしから、街に調和をもたらしました。この岩崎地域も二代目町長・高橋七之助の時代に、歴史を掘り下げ、町民に規律と生活文化を教え、後に明治天皇が立ち寄るほどの大改革を成し遂げます。この近代の発展をもたらした功績を弊社四代目・彦四郎が城跡の千歳公園の頌徳碑に残し、ヤマモの水神庭園に土地や歴史を伝え、後の町長を務めることとなります。彦四郎は七之助の背中を直接見ることで、その偉大さと役割に気付いていたのでしょう。この土地の文脈を世代間で繋ぐことも、アートの大いなる役割でもあります。
Former gentlemen inspired cultural arts in the area, bringing harmony to the city from solidarity and prosperous living. In this era of the Iwasaki area also in the era of the second generation mayor Shichinosuke Takahashi, I will dig a history, teach discipline and life culture to townspeople, and accomplish the great reform that Emperor Meiji drops in at a later time. The achievement that brought about the development of this modernity will be left behind by our fourth generation · Hikoshiro in the mystery monument of Chitose Park of the castle site, to convey the land and history to Yamamo’s water gardens, and will serve as the mayor of the later town. Hikoshiro was aware of its greatness and role by looking directly at the back of Nanosuke. Bridging the context of this land between generations is also a great role of art.

私たちは、このようなリサーチを基に、「地域に伝わる歴史や風土」から「社会が危機的な状況から脱する人間の強さ」までを取り揃えたアートを味噌醬油産業に実装していきたいと考えています。創業１５０年を超える蔵元を改築し、歴史を踏まえた感覚をI.L.A GALLARYとして１１月にオープンさせます。ぜひ、国内外の感覚を新しくする多くの皆様に、お越しいただきたいと思います。
Based on such research, we have implemented art in the Miso and Soy Sauce industry that has a range of “History and climate in the community” to “Strength of human beings out of the crisis situation” I think. We will rebuild the brewery of over 150 years old and open the feeling based on history as November as I. L. A GALLARY. I would like to invite a lot of people who are renewing their sense of domestic and overseas.
