僕が学生の頃にお世話になっていた下北沢の名物店の店員、通称“五郎さん”が独立をし、店を構えてから一年になるそうです。
「酒処五郎」は越後湯沢にある老舗です*。そこの看板を世田谷の“五郎さん”が何度も出向いて出店の許可を得たという、義理人情の溢れるお店です。「世田谷・酒処五郎」はヤマモの商品を使ったメニュー*だけではなく、直接みそ・しょうゆを購入される方もいらっしゃるそうです。また、インターネットで五郎さんの扱う食材を調べ、こちらの“みんじゃ”を覗いてくれているとも伺っております。その思わぬ知らせを受け、僕は驚いてしまいました。
世田谷にいらした際は、是非「世田谷・酒処五郎」にお立ち寄りください。目力のある世田谷の“五郎さん”が、きっと素敵にもてなしてくれるはずです。

There is a person the alias “Goro” as a clerk in the special restaurant of Shimo-Kitazawa by which I went. He seems to have passed one year since the shop was set up.
“Sakedokoro Goro” is a famous tavern in Echigo-yuzawa. As for “Goro” of Setagaya, proceeding was and obtained the permission of the branch shop many times in Echigo-yuzawa. The shop there where social obligations and human feelings overflow.”Setagaya Sakedokoro Goro” has the menu that uses the commodity of Yamamo. The commodity of Yamamo being bought from Goro’s shop seems also to come. Moreover, the ingredient that many people treat by the Internet in Goro’s shop is examined. And, it visits though the people peep at “minjya” and it exists. I have been indeed surprised to receive the information, too.
